 Job Description
 
 
 
 
 
 
 We are looking for a
 
 Technical Support Specialist
 
 to handle the following responsibilities:
 
 
 Providing configuration and end-user support to corporate customers using AloTech's
 
 Cloud Call Center and Cloud PBX Solutions
 
 via phone, email, remote access, and on-site support.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 General Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in relevant fields (Preferably Computer Engineering, Electronics &amp; Communication Engineering, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in English.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of network system devices used by ISPs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with call center processes (customer service, technical support, operations management).
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with
 
 Linux, MySQL, TCP/IP, Ethernet, MPLS, Switches, and Routers
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of CRM applications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Willingness to learn new products and technologies, with the ability to quickly adapt to innovations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Availability to work in shifts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong verbal and written communication skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to generate reports effectively.
 </li>
