Our team develops AI-integrated robotic products, ROS-based systems, and embedded hardware from the ground up.If you love tinkering with hardware, writing firmware, and bringing machines to life &mdash; this is where your ideas turn into reality.Role OverviewWe&rsquo;re looking for a hands-on Embedded Engineer with strong experience in firmware development, hardware debugging, and system integration.You&rsquo;ll work across STM32, ESP32, and Raspberry Pi platforms, develop ROS-based robotic systems, and guide junior engineers through real-world IoT and robotics projects.This is a technical leadership role &mdash; you won&rsquo;t just write code, you&rsquo;ll drive the complete journey from concept &rarr; prototype &rarr; product.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Design, develop, and debug firmware for STM32, ESP32, and Arduino platforms.</li><li>Integrate sensors, actuators, and communication modules (I2C, SPI, UART, BLE, Wi-Fi).</li><li>Work with ROS/ROS2 for robot control, telemetry, and automation.</li><li>Collaborate on PCB design, validation, and hardware bring-up.</li><li>Create Python-based tools or scripts for data logging, calibration, and debugging.</li><li>Lead and mentor junior engineers in embedded and robotics development.</li><li>Participate in system prototyping, integration testing, and hardware optimization.</li><li>Contribute to design discussions, code reviews, and process improvements.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>3+ years of hands-on experience in embedded systems development.</li><li>Proficiency in C/C++ and Python.</li><li>Strong experience with STM32, ESP32, and Arduino ecosystems.</li><li>Solid understanding of electronics fundamentals, circuit analysis, and debugging.</li><li>Familiarity with FreeRTOS, Embedded Linux, or ROS/ROS2 (highly desirable).</li><li>Experience with communication protocols &ndash; I2C, SPI, UART, Wi-Fi, BLE.</li><li>Experience in PCB design/review and mechanical integration (3D prototypes).</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.</li></ul>Bonus Skills<ul><li>Experience in robotics or IoT course development or instruction.</li><li>Familiarity with CAD tools like Fusion 360 or SolidWorks.</li><li>Exposure to AI, Computer Vision, or Edge AI robotics projects.</li></ul>Why Join Us<ul><li>Work on cutting-edge robots and IoT systems that merge hardware, software, and AI.</li><li>Freedom to prototype, experiment, and lead your own ideas.</li><li>Collaborative, flat engineering culture &mdash; focused on results, not bureaucracy.</li><li>Flexible work setup &mdash; onsite or remote.</li><li>Opportunity to shape real-world robotics products from scratch.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;80,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
