The Digital Marketing Specialist supports Aloha Pacific FCU&rsquo;s digital growth by executing marketing campaigns that strengthen brand awareness, increase member engagement, and drive business results. This role manages digital advertising, website optimization, email marketing, and CRM-driven campaigns while leveraging analytics to deliver data-backed insights. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, detail oriented, and passionate about improving the member experience across digital channels.</div><div></div><div><b><br>

Education</b></div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Experience/Skills</b></div><ul><li>
Two (2) years of digital marketing or advertising experience</li><li>
Experience with AdTech platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager</li><li>
Working knowledge of website CMS systems</li><li>
Strong writing, communication, and analytical skills</li><li>
Basic design skills (Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or Figma)</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</b></div><div></div><div><b><br>
Experience/Skills</b></div><ul><li>
Experience with SEO and AI‑driven SEO tools</li><li>
Experience with MarTech and CRM platforms like Salesforce, Hubspot, etc</li><li>
Experience in financial services or other regulated industries</li><li>
Experience with advanced CRM segmentation or automated journeys</li><li>
Familiarity with analytics tools (GA4, Tag Manager, Looker/Data Studio)</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Credit must be in good standing. Must be bondable pursuant to &sect;713.3(b) of the NCUA&rsquo;s Rules and Regulations.</b></div></div>
