If you take pride in your work, enjoy supporting a team, and want to grow with a company that truly values its employees and customers, Aloha Pools &amp; Spas could be a great fit for you in the future.What You&rsquo;ll Do&middot; Assist with posting and managing content on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube&middot; Help plan, schedule, and maintain a content calendar&middot; Write short captions, hashtags, simple copy, and basic hooks&middot; Understand basic social media analytics and what content performs well&middot; Capture and organize content including behind-the-scenes clips, customer highlights, and product features&middot; Maintain organized file systems, shared drives, and digital assetsCore Skills We&rsquo;re Looking For&middot; Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and platforms&middot; Strong organizational skills and attention to detail&middot; Reliable follow-through and ability to meet deadlines&middot; Good time management and ability to prioritize without constant supervision&middot; Basic understanding of marketing concepts such as branding, audiences, and funnels&middot; Coachability and willingness to learn the Aloha wayPreferred (Not Required)&middot; Canva experience (templates, resizing, layouts)&middot; Simple graphic creation (social posts, flyers, banners)&middot; Basic photography knowledge (framing and lighting awareness)&middot; Basic video editing experience using CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or InShot&middot; Comfortable filming short-form content including behind-the-scenes and customer features&middot; Ability to export and deliver files in clean, organized formatsWhat Success Looks Like at AlohaYou don&rsquo;t have to know everything on day one.
