Job Description</b></h2></div><div><p><b>
Schedule:</b> 5AM start time, Monday/Saturday off (split days).</p><p><b>
The Role:</b> You will be primarily responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of produce to customers in our Central Oregon delivery area.</p><p><b>
Essential Responsibilities (include, but not limited to):
</b></p><ul><li>Accurately check invoices as you make deliveries.</li><li>
Load and unload product from trailer.</li><li>
Attention to detail in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.</li><li>
Perform superior customer service as you interact with customers at each delivery.</li><li>
Assist in issuing credit memos and collecting payment for COD customers.</li><li>
Promote and maintain a flexible, cooperative, team-oriented, and customer-focused attitude with colleagues.</li><li>
Professionally maintained, reliable and safe equipment.</li><li>
Palletized product is delivered to a dock or with a lift gate.</li><li>
All other duties as requested or assigned.</li></ul></div></div><p></p><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications</b></h2></div><div><p><b>
Required Skills &amp; Experience:</b></p><ul><li>
Be 23 yrs. or older due to insurance requirements.</li><li>
1+ year of driving experience highly preferred.</li><li>
Valid Class C (Non-CDL) license and medical card Interstate qualification, registered.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to lift/push/pull 50+ lbs. throughout shift.</li><li>
Per DOT rules, applicant should have the ability to read and understand English Satisfactory driving record.</li></ul><p>
