OverviewMaryland Eye Care Center is seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our brand, patient outreach, and digital engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of strategy and execution&mdash;someone who can plan, create, and manage impactful marketing campaigns that strengthen patient trust, grow visibility, and reflect our commitment to excellence in eye care.This role requires a hands-on marketing professional with a strong eye for design, storytelling, and data-driven decision-making. You will collaborate closely with physicians, management, and external partners to ensure cohesive brand messaging and a consistent patient experience across all touchpoints.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy &amp; Execution<ul><li>Develop and manage integrated marketing strategies to promote our ophthalmology services, providers, and optical offerings.</li><li>Plan and execute digital and traditional campaigns that drive patient acquisition and retention.</li><li>Coordinate internal and external communications, ensuring timely updates on new services, physicians, and initiatives.</li><li>Oversee the marketing calendar, campaign timelines, and deliverables across multiple departments.</li><li>Support community outreach, referral programs, and educational events that enhance the practice&rsquo;s visibility.</li></ul>Content Creation &amp; Brand Management<ul><li>Design and produce visual content&mdash;graphics, videos, and brochures&mdash;for digital and print platforms using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), or similar tools.</li><li>Manage the center&rsquo;s social media presence, including planning, posting, and engaging with followers on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.</li><li>Create compelling storytelling that communicates patient success, physician expertise, and practice highlights in an authentic and visually appealing way.</li><li>Maintain brand consistency across all materials, campaigns, and digital channels.</li></ul>Digital Marketing &amp; Analytics<ul><li>Oversee website updates, SEO optimization, and paid digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads).</li><li>Plan and execute email and newsletter campaigns that engage patients and referral partners.</li><li>Track performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite, preparing monthly performance reports and insights.</li><li>Identify growth opportunities through data and trend analysis to refine future campaigns.</li></ul>Collaboration &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Serve as liaison between leadership, creative vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with goals.</li><li>Draft proposals, recap notes, and follow-up communications to maintain alignment across initiatives.</li><li>Manage vendor relationships for printing, advertising, and media partnerships.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.</li><li>5&ndash;8 years of experience in healthcare marketing; ophthalmology or medical practice experience preferred.</li><li>Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro).</li><li>Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, social media trends, and analytics.</li><li>Excellent communication and project management skills with high attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.</li><li>Visually creative with a strong sense of design, layout, and brand storytelling.</li></ul>Why Join Maryland Eye Care Center<ul><li>Be part of a leading regional ophthalmology practice with a 30-year legacy of patient care and innovation.</li><li>Blend creativity and strategy in a role that directly impacts patient engagement and brand growth.</li><li>Collaborate with passionate professionals in a mission-driven, growth-oriented environment.</li><li>Opportunities for professional development and creative contribution across multiple locations.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $63,088.22 - $73,934.20 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
