Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and friendly Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, ensuring a smooth patient experience from arrival to departure. This role requires excellent communication skills and proficiency in medical software systems to handle scheduling, documentation, and patient inquiries effectively.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet patients warmly and assist them with the check-in process.</li><li>Schedule appointments using medical scheduling software such as eClinicalWorks or Dentrix.</li><li>Manage phone systems to answer calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately.</li><li>Review documentation for accuracy and completeness before patient visits.</li><li>Process medical collections and manage billing inquiries.</li><li>Maintain patient records in compliance with privacy regulations.</li><li>Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure efficient patient flow and care coordination.</li><li>Assist in managing office supplies and maintaining a clean reception area.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or Medical Receptionist is preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with medical software systems such as Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or eClinicalWorks is highly desirable.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation review.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and staff.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Proficient typing skills for data entry and record management.</li><li>A compassionate demeanor with a focus on providing exceptional patient care.</li></ul>Join our team and contribute to delivering high-quality healthcare services while ensuring an excellent experience for our patients!Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
