HERE&rsquo;S WHAT THE JOB REALLY LOOKS LIKE

We are seeking a seasoned HR leader to oversee the Human Resources strategy and operations across our fast-growing EMEA regions. This role is critical to building a high performing and engaged workforce while ensuring compliance with diverse local regulations.

HOW YOU&rsquo;LL MAKE AN IMPACT

<li>Partner with business leaders across EMEA to shape and execute people strategies that enable growth and operational excellence.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with employment laws across multiple jurisdictions.</li>

WHAT YOU&rsquo;LL ACTUALLY DO

<li>Mentor and develop HR teams across EMEA.</li>
<li>Drive automation and efficiency projects.</li>
<li>Manage regional HR budgets and resources effectively.</li>

WHAT&rsquo;LL SET YOU UP FOR SUCCESS
<ul>
<li>5+ years of experience with significant exposure to EMEA support</li>
<li>Proven track record in scaling HR functions in multinational organizations.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of regional labor laws, employment practices, and HR trends.</li>
<li>Experience leading through change and driving organizational transformation.</li>
<li>Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.</li>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR, Business, law or related field.</li>
