Job OverviewWe are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Human Resources Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations and help foster a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace. This role works across multiple HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Administer and support HR programs including recruitment, onboarding, benefits, and employee relations</li><li>Serve as a point of contact for employee HR-related questions and concerns</li><li>Assist with performance management processes and employee development initiatives</li><li>Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies</li><li>Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data</li><li>Support payroll, benefits enrollment, and leave administration</li><li>Assist with training, engagement, and culture-building initiatives</li><li>Participate in investigations and help resolve employee relations issues</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Required Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role</li><li>Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices</li><li>Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism</li><li>Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace</li><li>HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred but not required</li><li>Excellent and knowledge of Paychex Flex</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
