OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Mobile Patrol Security Officer to join our team in the South County area of St. Louis. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for monitoring premises, preventing loss, and responding to emergencies while upholding the highest standards of professionalism.This is a part-time weekend position for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday overnight shifts.Shift: 3:30 AM &ndash; 7:30 AM Location: South County, St. Louis Area Position Type: Mobile Patrol Security OfficerResponsibilities<ul><li>Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security</li><li>Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and parking lots</li><li>Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assess situations, and take appropriate action</li><li>Implement loss prevention strategies to deter theft and vandalism</li><li>Monitor surveillance systems, including CCTV cameras, and report suspicious activity</li><li>Provide First Aid and CPR assistance when necessary during emergencies</li><li>Work closely with law enforcement agencies when required</li><li>Effectively manage conflicts while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor</li><li>Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and daily activities during shifts</li><li>Conduct mobile patrols throughout assigned properties and parking areas</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service preferred</li><li>Active security license/guard card preferred</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record required</li><li>Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable</li><li>Familiarity with CCTV and surveillance systems is a plus</li><li>Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills</li><li>Knowledge of loss prevention techniques is an asset</li><li>Excellent observation skills and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team in various environments</li><li>Must be reliable, professional, and able to work overnight weekend shifts</li></ul>Join our team and help maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients and community.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $24.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Referral program</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>St. Louis, MO 63128 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>St. Louis, MO 63128: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
