As a Tow Truck Dispatcher, a typical day may include:</b></div><br>

Assigning drivers to the routes and overseeing their dispatch</li><li>
Ensuring tows are completed on time and accurately</li><li>
Receiving incoming calls and gathering essential information regarding the nature of the customer's vehicle issue and location.</li><li>
Documenting all relevant information, including customer details, service requests and job statuses thoroughly in dispatching software</li></ul>
<p><b>This career may be for you if:</b></p>
<ul><li>You have experience using software like Towbook, AAA, Turo, Michell, and/or CCC</li><li>
You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly, accurately, and professionally</li><li>
You have previous experience as a tow truck dispatcher, customer service and/or call center representative</li><li>
You have a strong customer service mindset, with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure</li></ul>

<p>We are now hiring for <b>ALL </b>of our locations: Stealth Auto Recovery, Excite Towing, Wayne's Auto Powell, Wayne's Auto Schrock, Wayne's Auto Westerville, Mann's Expedite Service, H.I.N.T., Excite Collision Repair, and Ernie's Auto Repair!</p>
<div><b>As an </b>Automotive Damage Appraiser<b>, a typical day may include the following:</b></div><ul><li>
Acting as a liaison between insurance companies and customers, to assure claims are being paid in a timely manner so repairs can begin</li><li>
Working in harmony with the service writers in getting repair estimates sent to insurance companies, and following up to confirm they have been received and submitted correctly</li><li>
Keeping customers in the loop with any updates from the insurance company, and communicate when there are changes or any additional information is needed from them</li></ul><div><b>
