At AlphaBEST, our students are filled with curiosity and wonder! As their Group Leader, you'll lead them through fun learning activities, with plenty of support and training.
Location: San Ramon Elementary Schools
Schedule: Must be available Monday - Friday (3 different start times available) -No weekends!

$22+/hour (pay is based on education and experience)</li><li>

Here's what you'll need:<ul><li>
Must have 15 semester units or equivalent quarter units from an accredited college or university.</li><li>
At least four years of teaching experience in a licensed childcare center</li><li>
12 units of courses that cover child growth and development, human growth and development, child, family, and community, or program/curriculum</li><li>
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs</li><li>
Must be registered and have full clearance from the state childcare licensing agency</li><li>
Proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing regulations</li><li>
As an AlphaBEST Group Leader, you'll be trained to do the following:<ul><li>
Lead a group of students through exciting adventures in fitness, the arts, technology, and more!</li><li>
Work collaboratively with peers to ignite children's sense of wonder.</li><li>
Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by building on students' interests and talents.</li><li>
Provide a caring, family-oriented environment where positive staff, child, and parent relationships are fostered.</li></ul></li></ul>
