Our mission is to help clients win more projects and manage costs effectively by providing accurate, timely, and professional estimates.Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Sales Representative to handle the entire sales cycle from A to Z. This role is focused on B2B sales and requires strong cold calling skills, persistence, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can independently manage the pipeline, meet sales targets, and drive revenue growth.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prospect, cold call, and engage with construction businesses in the U.S. market</li><li>Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, presentations, proposals, negotiation, and closing deals</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, subcontractors, and construction firms</li><li>Follow up with leads provided by the company and also generate new opportunities when needed</li><li>Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets</li><li>Keep accurate records of interactions, opportunities, and sales performance in the CRM</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handoffs and client satisfaction</li><li>Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the construction or related industry</li><li>Strong background in cold calling and outbound sales</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills</li><li>Ability to understand technical details of cost estimation and explain value to clients</li><li>Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working remotely</li><li>Familiarity with CRMs and sales tools (training provided)</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive base salary of 50,000 + uncapped commissions</li><li>Tools, leads, and CRM provided by the company</li><li>Onsite training followed by remote flexibility</li><li>Opportunity to work with an expanding company serving the U.S. construction market</li><li>Growth potential and performance-based incentives</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
