The Role</b></p><p>
You'll serve as our <b>transformation guide and mentor</b>, working with our leadership and 2-3 internal champions to layer AI-augmented capabilities onto our existing Agile and SDLC practices. This is a <b>teaching role</b>, not a hands-on coding role.</p><p><b>
Requirement:</b> You'll need to understand our actual running projects&mdash;their architectures, technologies, team structures, and client constraints&mdash;then design a practical transformation plan that moves us from human-centric development to agentic engineering without disrupting delivery.</p><p><b>
Technical Foundation (Required)</b></p><ul><li><p>
5+ years software development experience with production coding background</p></li><li><p>
2+ years actively using AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, etc.)</p></li><li><p><b>
Hands-on experience designing and implementing agentic workflows</b> (not just theory)</p></li><li><p>
Experience with multi-agent orchestration systems</p></li><li><p>
Strong grasp of both Agile methodologies and traditional SDLC</p></li><li><p>
Deep understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and modern development practices</p></li><li><p>
Comfortable across multiple tech stacks (web, mobile, cloud)</p></li></ul><p><b>
Transformation Experience (Required)</b></p><ul><li><p>
Led AI adoption at 2+ organizations with measurable results</p></li><li><p><b>
Experience transforming active/running projects</b> (not just greenfield implementations)</p></li><li><p>
Experience designing phased migration paths from human to agentic development</p></li><li><p><b>
