The Staff Nurse will assist dermatologists, trichologists, and aesthetic practitioners in providing safe and effective skin and hair care treatments. The role involves patient assessment, preparation for procedures, assisting during dermatological and cosmetic treatments, post-procedure care, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and patient satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:1. Patient Care and Assistance<ul><li>Welcome and prepare patients for consultations and procedures.</li><li>Assist the dermatologist during aesthetic, dermatological, and trichological treatments (e.g., laser therapy, PRP, micro-needling, chemical peels, hair transplant support).</li><li>Monitor patients during and after procedures to ensure comfort and safety.</li><li>Provide pre- and post-procedure instructions and follow-up care.</li></ul>2. Clinical and Technical Duties<ul><li>Prepare procedure rooms, sterilize instruments, and ensure infection control standards are maintained.</li><li>Handle dermatology and aesthetic equipment such as laser machines, dermatoscopes, PRP kits, and cooling systems under supervision.</li><li>Maintain accurate patient records, including treatment details and progress notes.</li><li>Manage inventory of consumables and medical supplies.</li></ul>3. Administrative and Coordination Tasks<ul><li>Coordinate patient appointments, treatment schedules, and follow-ups.</li><li>Ensure smooth workflow between doctors, technicians, and reception staff.</li><li>Support in maintaining documentation for regulatory compliance and quality audits.</li></ul>4. Health &amp; Safety<ul><li>Follow all clinic protocols for hygiene, sterilization, and patient safety.</li><li>Adhere to infection control and biomedical waste disposal guidelines.</li></ul>5. Patient Education and Support<ul><li>Educate patients on skincare, post-treatment care, and home maintenance routines.</li><li>Address patient concerns with empathy and professionalism.</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills:<ul><li>Education: Diploma or B.Sc. in Nursing from a recognized institution.</li><li>Registration: Valid Nursing Council Registration.</li><li>Experience: 1&ndash;3 years of experience in dermatology, cosmetology, or aesthetic clinics preferred (freshers with interest in aesthetics may also apply).</li><li>Skills:</li><li>Knowledge of basic dermatological and cosmetic procedures.</li><li>Excellent communication and patient handling skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Proficiency in maintaining clinical documentation.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing visually appealing creatives and producing engaging videos for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.If you have a strong sense of design aesthetics, storytelling ability, and passion for creative content&mdash;this role is for you.Key Responsibilities:Graphic Design<ul><li>Design engaging creatives, posters, flyers, brochures, and digital banners for marketing and promotional use.</li><li>Create social media posts, ads, and reels cover images in line with brand aesthetics.</li><li>Develop branding materials such as logos, business cards, standees, and clinic collaterals (if applicable).</li><li>Ensure consistency of design across all marketing channels and materials.</li></ul>Video Editing<ul><li>Edit promotional and educational videos for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.</li><li>Create short-form video content (Reels, Stories, YouTube Shorts, etc.) to drive engagement.</li><li>Add motion graphics, text overlays, subtitles, transitions, and effects to videos.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative video ideas.</li></ul>Content &amp; Collaboration<ul><li>Work closely with doctors, marketing teams, and management to understand content needs.</li><li>Maintain a media library of design assets, templates, and project files.</li><li>Stay updated on design trends, social media content styles, and aesthetic industry visuals.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Education: Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field.</li><li>Experience: 1&ndash;3 years of experience in graphic design and video editing (experience in healthcare/aesthetic industry is a plus).</li><li>Technical Skills:</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).</li><li>Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or other mobile video editing tools is an advantage.</li><li>Understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.</li><li>Soft Skills:</li><li>Creative mindset with attention to detail.</li><li>Strong time management and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.</li><li>Good communication and teamwork skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
