The Staff Nurse in a Skin and Hair Clinic is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing dermatological and trichology treatments. The role involves assisting dermatologists, preparing patients for procedures, ensuring safety and infection control, and delivering exceptional patient education and support.Key Responsibilities1. Clinical Duties<ul><li>Assist dermatologists/trichologists during consultations, procedures, and minor surgeries.</li><li>Perform skin analysis, hair/scalp examinations, and basic dermatology assessments as per clinic protocols.</li><li>Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and instruments before procedures.</li><li>Administer prescribed treatments such as chemical peels, laser therapy assistance, PRP preparation, micro-needling assistance, and wound care.</li><li>Collect and handle samples for lab testing (skin scrapings, blood samples, etc.).</li><li>Monitor patients during and after procedures for side effects or complications.</li><li>Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.</li></ul>2. Patient Care &amp; Education<ul><li>Guide patients through pre-procedure and post-procedure instructions.</li><li>Provide counselling on skincare routines, haircare practices, and treatment plans.</li><li>Ensure patient comfort, privacy, and satisfaction throughout the visit.</li><li>Address patient queries and escalate concerns to the dermatologist when required.</li></ul>3. Infection Control &amp; Safety<ul><li>Follow strict aseptic techniques and clinic infection control policies.</li><li>Sterilize instruments and maintain cleanliness in treatment areas.</li><li>Safely handle lasers, chemical solutions, and other dermatology equipment.</li><li>Adhere to safety standards for handling biohazard materials.</li></ul>Skills &amp; QualificationsEssential<ul><li>Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (GNM/B.Sc Nursing).</li><li>Valid nursing registration/license.</li><li>Experience or strong interest in dermatology, cosmetology, or aesthetic nursing.</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Knowledge of basic dermatological and trichological procedures.</li><li>Ability to handle clinical equipment safely.</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>Prior experience in a dermatology, cosmetology, or aesthetic clinic.</li><li>Certification in laser therapy, cosmetology, or skincare procedures.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Job Title: MBBS/BDS/MDS Doctor &ndash; Aesthetic MedicineWe are seeking a qualified and experienced MBBS/BDS/MDS Doctor with a strong background in Aesthetic Medicine to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in non-surgical aesthetic procedures and a passion for cosmetic dermatology. You will be responsible for assessing patients, recommending treatment plans, and performing a wide range of aesthetic procedures with precision and care.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct detailed consultations and skin assessments.</li><li>Develop customized aesthetic treatment plans for patients.</li><li>Perform non-invasive and minimally invasive aesthetic procedures such as:</li><li>Botox / Neurotoxin injections</li><li>Dermal fillers</li><li>Chemical peels</li><li>Laser treatments (e.g., hair removal, skin resurfacing)</li><li>PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) therapy</li><li>Microneedling, HIFU, RF, etc.</li><li>Monitor and manage patient outcomes, ensuring high levels of patient satisfaction.</li><li>Maintain accurate patient records and follow-up notes.</li><li>Stay updated with latest techniques, products, and advancements in aesthetic medicine.</li><li>Adhere strictly to clinical protocols, hygiene, and safety standards.</li><li>Educate patients on skincare routines, products, and post-treatment care.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Degree from a recognized medical institution.</li><li>Valid medical license to practice (State/National registration).</li><li>Certification/training in Aesthetic Medicine from a reputed institute (preferred).</li><li>2&ndash;3+ years of hands-on experience in Aesthetic Medicine or Cosmetic Dermatology.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Patient-centric approach with a strong aesthetic sense.</li><li>Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;80,000.00 - &#8377;150,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
