Compensation: $100,000 &ndash; $130,000 base salary, plus end-of-year bonus eligibility (performance-based) 


This Is Not a &quot;Paper PM&quot; Role.

This is a boots-on-the-ground, numbers-owning, people-leading Project Manager role for someone who knows how to run work, not just track it.

What You'll Own

Run the Project&mdash;End to End
<ul>
<li>Lead and manage heavy civil construction projects from preconstruction through closeout</li>
<li>Own project P&amp;L, cost controls, forecasting, and financial performance</li>
<li>Deliver work safely, on schedule, and to Alpha quality standards</li>
</ul>
Control the Numbers
<ul>
<li>Prepare, review, and manage estimates, budgets, subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders</li>
<li>Track job costs, production rates, and forecast accuracy</li>
<li>Identify risks early and act decisively</li>
</ul>
Drive the Schedule
<ul>
<li>Build and manage project schedules</li>
<li>Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials to keep work moving</li>
<li>Adjust plans proactively when conditions change</li>
</ul>
Lead People in the Field
<ul>
<li>Partner closely with Superintendents, Foremen, and Engineers</li>
<li>Set clear expectations and hold teams accountable</li>
<li>Mentor junior team members and elevate performance</li>
</ul>
Communicate Like a Pro
<ul>
<li>Maintain strong relationships with clients, inspectors, subcontractors, and internal teams</li>
<li>Provide clear, honest updates on progress, risks, and solutions</li>
<li>Resolve issues quickly and professionally</li>
</ul>
Protect the Company
<ul>
<li>Ensure compliance with safety standards, project specifications, and legal requirements</li>
<li>Maintain accurate documentation and reporting</li>
<li>Handle disputes and challenges with calm leadership and sound judgment</li></ul> 


What an A-Player Looks Like Here

Experience &amp; Background
<ul>
<li>2&ndash;3+ years of project management experience in heavy civil construction</li>
<li>Proven success managing multiple scopes, crews, and deadlines</li>
<li>Experience overseeing job costs, schedules, and subcontractors</li>
</ul>
Education &amp; Credentials
<ul>
<li>Associate's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred</li>
<li>ACI certification a plus</li>
<li>Strong proficiency in construction management and accounting software</li>
</ul>

Requirements (Conditions of Employment)
