**Fully remote position, with some travel in Indiana or Ohio**Job Summary Lender Legal PLLC, a creditor&rsquo;s rights firm with a primary practice area of residential mortgage foreclosure, is currently seeking an experienced attorney to join our Ohio/Indiana team.Attorneys in this position will have experience handling all aspects of mortgage foreclosure litigation in Ohio and/or Indiana, including initial title review, complaint drafting, motion practice, discovery, mediations, trials, and execution on judgments. They will first-chair contested nonjury trials, take and defend depositions, and assist with legal research and writing on appellate matters as needed. They will work with both large and small financial institutions and investors.Base salary range is $80,000-$95,000 with additional bonus compensation of up to $5,000 per quarter. Compensation commensurate with experience. The firm pays for 50% of healthcare benefits for employees and their families. ***Fully Remote Position***Multistate law firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal with experience handling plaintiff-side foreclosure cases in Ohio or Indiana. The firm places a special emphasis on the rapid resolution of its foreclosure matters. To that end, the case load is limited to approximately 100 files per attorney/paralegal team who handle the cases from inception to REO.Quarterly bonuses of up to $3,000 are offered in addition to the base salary. Bonuses amounts are contingent on each team&rsquo;s ability to efficiently and effectively resolve cases while staying in compliance with all state and federal laws.The firm pays for 50% of healthcare benefits for employees and their families.
