**Fully remote position**Job Summary Lender Legal PLLC, a creditor&rsquo;s rights firm with a primary practice area of residential mortgage foreclosure, is currently seeking an experienced attorney to join our Florida team.Attorneys in this position will have a minimum of 1 year of experience handling all aspects of mortgage foreclosure litigation in Florida, including initial title review, complaint drafting, motion practice, discovery, mediations, trials, and execution on judgments. They will first-chair contested nonjury trials, take and defend depositions, and assist with legal research and writing on appellate matters as needed. They will work with both large and small financial institutions and investors.Base salary range is $80,000-$95,000 with additional bonus compensation of up to $5,000 per quarter. Compensation commensurate with experience. The firm pays for 50% of healthcare benefits for employees and their families.
