We are seeking an Installation Coordinator who can start right away.Job SummaryThe Installation Coordinator role requires thorough attention to detail, concern for the exact correctness of work, and a strong commitment to tasks being completed on time. He will effectively coordinate with multiple teams by performing various coordinating tasks, such as scheduling, expense management, communicating with team leaders, and cost tracking. He is expected to work in a fast-paced environment, managing several tasks at once, and will work closely with internal personnel.Job description<ul><li>Manage and produce accurate formal reports in accordance with business timetable, able to forecast the project requirements</li><li>Prepare the project installation schedule keeping track of each activity in order to complete on time.</li><li>Analyze bottleneck of project and report the same to Project Manager on time and take immediate preventive action to bring in project timeline</li><li>Provide support to the Project Manager on all site related issues in regards to drawings, plans, schedules, initiate resolutions as needed</li><li>Participate in planning major projects and resolve conflicts during execution/installation</li><li>Supervise activities related to projects by providing inputs to production depart/ design team/ management</li><li>Responsible for site surveying &amp; coordination and supervision of sub-contractors for the interior design, renovation and fitting out works</li><li>Liaise and coordinate with external consultants, vendors / sub-contractors for project management to ensure quality project delivery</li><li>Consult with design and production team to define production and aesthetic standards for displays</li><li>Determine vendor participation based on supplier&rsquo;s core competencies, ability to meet deadlines and cost parameters</li><li>Coordinate with in-house teams/ departmental heads and colleagues officially, whenever required, with respect to any matters under your purview</li><li>Facilitate project planning workshops, team meetings and stakeholder updates/ presentations</li><li>Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs Daily monitoring of site progress, quality and safety.</li><li>Coordinate with all parties to ensure the perfect work flow during all phases of shop drawing, execution, installation and submittal.</li><li>Plan and execute installation of units at clients&rsquo; premises including team capacity and requirements</li><li>Ensure installation of the project within the time and cost following quality parameters and effective resource utilization</li><li>Accomplish Installation reports and Project Completion Certificates</li></ul>Job Skills and Qualification<ul><li>Minimum 3-4 years in project coordination in commercial interiors/retail refurbishments</li><li>experience Degree/Diploma or any certificate course in Civil Engineering/ Interior Designing/ Architecture</li><li>Strong leadership experience and skills</li><li>Excellent organizational, oral and written communication skill</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: Up to AED6,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Diploma (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Installation coordinator: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>75% (Preferred)</li></ul>

Job SummaryThe experienced Project Manager manages key client projects. Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time. Oversee all aspects of projects. Determine due dates, distribute duties, and track and summarize project progress.
