<div>Job Title: Business Analyst 
Clearance Required: US Citizen, DHS Public Trust EOD 
Work Location: Remote 


Alpha Omega is seeking a qualified Business Analyst in support of our DHS USCIS ODOS customer. 


Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li> Collaborate directly with Agile Development Team, consisting of client leadership, the Developers, Designers, and additional Agile Business Analysts,
 </li><li>Decompose and document large initiatives into smaller features and user stories</li>
<li> Write user stories that clearly describe the desired business outcome and contain non-prescriptive &ndash; but testable - Acceptance Criteria that enables teams to define the best solution.</li>
<li> Manage the backlog based on priorities and assign user stories based on capacity</li>
<li> Present documented features and user stories to stakeholders for feedback.</li>
<li> Triage and resolve potential user incidents involving interacting with end-users
 </li><li>Facilitate and lead meetings with various internal and external stakeholders</li></ul> 


Required Qualifications:

Required Experience/Skills:
<ul>
<li> 3+ years Business Analyst Experience</li>
<li> Knowledge of various agile business analysis techniques including interviewing, brainstorming, problem discovery, and MVP identification.</li>
<li> Experience collaborating with stakeholders at varied levels</li>
<li> Experience in supporting business and project teams in translating complex business needs into user stories</li>
<li> Ability to test user stories against acceptance criteria</li>
<li> Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proven ability to ask probing questions to business team members</li>
<li> Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively</li>
<li>Experience using JIRA and Confluence</li></ul> 


(Required or Preferred) Education:
<ul>
<li>Associate&rsquo;s degree in computer science or equivalent</li></ul> 


 Salary and Benefit Information:

The likely salary range for this position is $81,000 - $130,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position and could fall outside of this range.
