<div><div>A client of AlphaStaffHCM is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team. This client has a very people-oriented culture in the self-storage industry. This position is to support customer relationships and execute marketing initiatives that promote products, services, and industry programs.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Day-to-Day:</b></div><div>
The Marketing Manager is a hands-on, relationship-driven role responsible for supporting B2B customer relationships while planning, executing, and measuring marketing activities that promote the organization and its partners. This position blends customer-facing coordination with practical marketing execution. The Marketing Manager works directly with members, vendor partners, and affiliates to support promotions, campaigns, events, and announcements, while also managing the marketing tools, content, and metrics that gauge success. The role is well-suited to someone who enjoys being close to customers, understands how marketing actually gets executed, and can translate ideas into campaigns that are organized, on-brand, and measurable. As the organization grows, the Marketing Manager may supervise additional marketing staff or contractors.</div><div></div><div><b><br>

</div><div><b>Must Have Qualifications:</b></div><ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)</li>
<li>4+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or customer-facing B2B roles</li>
<li>Experience planning and coordinating campaigns and promotions from concept through execution</li>
<li>Skilled in working with marketing technology tools (CRM, email platforms, analytics, and social media)</li>
<li>Skilled in use of software tools such as Microsoft&rsquo;s Excel and Word, along with creative development tools such as Canva.</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills &ndash; comfortable tracking, reporting, and acting on performance data</li>
<li>Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a small, fast-moving organization</li></ul><div></div><div><br>
</div><div><b>Nice to Have Qualifications:</b></div><ul>
<li>Background in the self-storage industry preferred, or in lieu, experience in trade associations, professional services, or industry-focused organizations required.</li>
<li>Supervisory or project leadership experience a plus</li>
<li>Startup or high-growth environment experience preferred.</li></ul><div></div><div><br>
</div><div><b>Compensation and Perks:</b></div><ul>
<li>Base salary starting at $75,000 and up depending on experience</li>
<li>Fully remote job (plus occasional travel)</li>
