Your primary focus will be to develop new sales and manage the full sales cycle&mdash;from prospecting to closing. You are a motivated &ldquo;hunter&rdquo; with a strong emphasis on new business development. The ideal candidate thrives on building relationships, navigating complex client needs, and transforming opportunities into long-term partnerships.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
</b></div><ul><li>Actively sourcing new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals</li>
<li>Identify client challenges and deliver tailored product demos resulting in tailored HR solutions that meet client&rsquo;s specific needs</li>
<li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers and referral partners</li>
<li>Conduct product demonstrations, with the help of internal partners, that highlight the value of AlphaStaffHCM&rsquo;s offerings</li>
<li>Lead all aspects of the sales cycle, from prospecting and networking to proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing</li>
<li>Represent AlphaStaffHCM&trade; at industry events to expand your network and build brand awareness</li>
<li>Collaborate with sales leadership and marketing teams to support strategic initiatives and lead generation</li>
<li>Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets to support company growth</li>
<li>Monitoring competitor activity, pricing, and industry trends to refine sales strategies</li>
<li>Communicate clearly and effectively with all internal operations departments to enhance sales efforts as well as implement of new accounts</li><br>

<div><b>Qualifications:</b></div><div><b><i>
Education &amp; Experience:</i></b></div><ul>
<li>Associate or bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business or a related field, preferred.</li>
<li>4-6 years of related work experience in HR managed services, Payroll managed services, HRIS technology or consulting services.</li>
<li>Proven track record in B2B sales, specifically in HR or consulting services.</li>
<li>Proven track record in selling complex HR solutions, platforms, or services to mid-market and enterprise clients.
</li><li>Experience managing the entire sales cycle&mdash;from prospecting to closing&mdash;with minimal administrative support.
</li><li>Background interacting directly with customers (new and existing) to drive expansion and new revenue.
</li><li>Experience in preparing and delivering presentations and product demonstrations aligned to customer business needs.
</li><li>Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for managing pipelines and forecasting.
</li><li>Prior experience building and growing sales pipelines by researching, profiling, and qualifying leads.
</li><li>Field-based or remote sales experience, especially managing territory-based accounts.</li><br>

Negotiation &amp; Closing Skills:</b> Effectively handles objections, positions value, and leads customers through the decision and closing process to achieve successful outcomes.</div><div><b>
Time Management &amp; Organization:</b> Manages multiple opportunities, priorities, and deadlines efficiently, especially within a remote, field-based environment.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Work Environment</b></div><div>
This position is primarily office-based, with work performed on a computer in either a corporate office or a remote home office setting.
