Job Title: Senior HR RecruiterLocation: Kirloskar Business Park, Hebbal Work Mode: Work from Office Experience: 4&ndash;7 Years Work Days: Monday to Friday Timings: 10:00 AM &ndash; 7:00 PMJob Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles</li><li>Understand hiring requirements and create JD&rsquo;s</li><li>Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking</li><li>Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews</li><li>Manage offer rollouts, negotiation, and joining follow-ups</li><li>Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports</li><li>Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely closures</li></ul>Skills Required:<ul><li>Strong experience in non-IT hiring</li><li>Expertise in bulk &amp; lateral hiring</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management</li><li>Ability to work with targets and deadlines</li><li>Knowledge of HR policies and recruitment metrics</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Any graduate / MBA in HR preferred</li><li>Experience in corporate or staffing environment</li></ul>How to Apply:Share your updated CVJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹20,960.40 - ₹40,614.93 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
