 Manufacturing Technology Assistant
 
 
 
 The Manufacturing Technology Assistant role at a local plant is an entry-level position for those eager to deepen IT skills while engaging in crucial work in a lively, fast-paced setting.
 
 
 In this role you will work in an "open work environment" which is an office layout where employees share a large, open space with minimal physical barriers between workstations. The design is to promote collaboration, communications, and sense of community among team members, often with shared desks and minimal individual office walls, essentially the opposite of a traditional cubical-based office setup.
 
 
 
 W2 only fully benefitted position
 
 
 Pay Rate $24 hourly

 Capabilities

 Extensive familiarity with Windows PC operating systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
 </li>
 <li>
 Having strong proficiency in MS Excel is particularly advantageous.
 </li>
 <li>
 Capable of lifting and transporting up to 50 lbs for installing / uninstalling PCs, switches, and servers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Capable and ready to frequently switch in and out of manufacturing gowns.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Other
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Need to be present at the plant daily. This role does not offer work-from-home options.
 </li>
 <li>
 Occasionally, there may be a requirement to work evenings and weekends to assist with major projects or escort contractors.
