Trainee - Company SecretaryLocation: Sakinaka, Andheri East, Mumbai (with future relocation plans to Wagle Estate, Thane) Immediate joiners preferred Industry: MaritimeWhat We Offer: &middot; Practical exposure to corporate secretarial functions including overseas entities, financing, free zone compliances, foreign exchange laws dealing with AD banks, among others.&middot; Mentorship under experienced Company Secretaries and senior legal colleagues.&middot; Opportunity to work on live compliance and governance matters.&middot; Certificate of Internship upon completion.Job Requirements: &middot; Candidates who have cleared all Professional groups or at least 2 groups).&middot; Basic knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013, and corporate governance principles.&middot; Strong written and verbal communication skills.&middot; Good drafting, research, and analytical abilities.&middot; Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).&middot; Attention to detail, confidentiality, and integrity.Key Responsibilities: &middot; Assist in preparing and maintaining statutory registers, records, and filings.&middot; Support in drafting notices, agendas, minutes of Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and General Meetings.&middot; Assist with ROC (Registrar of Companies) filings, e-forms, and compliance under the Companies Act, 2013.&middot; Research corporate laws, SEBI regulations, and other applicable compliance frameworks.&middot; Support in preparation of annual reports, secretarial audit, and corporate governance reports.&middot; Coordinate with internal departments for data collection and compliance requirements.&middot; Assist in monitoring changes in legislation and regulatory requirements.&middot; Provide general administrative and secretarial support to the Company Secretary team.Interested candidates can apply at jobs@alphardmaritime.com or share references.Company Website : https://alphardmaritime.com/Job Type: Internship Contract length: 21 monthsPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;18,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>We&rsquo;re currently based in Sakinaka and will be relocating to Wagle Estate, Thane.
