The position requires strong expertise in international trade finance, inter-company fund movement, and coordination with global banking partners to support the company&rsquo;s international operations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee day-to-day banking operations for international entities, ensuring smooth financial transactions across the company&rsquo;s global network.</li><li>Manage foreign subsidiaries&rsquo; bank accounts and relationships, account structures, and funding requirements.</li><li>Execute and monitor international funds transfers, cross-border payments, and SWIFT payments to vendors, port agents, and service providers worldwide.</li><li>Coordinate with banks and internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies, delays, or compliance-related issues.</li><li>Handle international trade finance activities, including LC (Letter of Credit), bank guarantees, and export/import documentation.</li><li>Manage inter-company fund movements and ensure accurate reconciliation of inter-company balances across group entities.</li><li>Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal controls for all international banking operations.</li><li>Support audits, reporting, and documentation related to overseas banking activities.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or related field.</li><li>5+ years of experience in international banking operations or treasury functions within the shipping, logistics, or maritime industry preferred.</li><li>Strong understanding of international funds transfer systems, SWIFT payments, cross-border transactions, and trade finance instruments.</li><li>Experience managing foreign subsidiary accounts and inter-company fund movements.</li><li>Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.</li><li>Familiarity with global banking platforms, Tally, ERP systems, and international regulatory frameworks</li><li>A working knowledge of Danoas software will be preferred.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;50,000.00 - &#8377;75,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Are you willing to Relocate/Shift to Thane ? We kindly request that candidates consider applying for this position based on their preferred travel time and geographical location.Location - Saki Naka,MumbaiSalary Range &ndash; 6L &ndash; 8 L PA Industry &ndash; MaritimeJob Role Summary:This role requires extensive experience, particularly in foreign transactions, banking limit management, Cash flow management, working capital management, someone who has independently handled Indian and foreign bank transactions, logging into the foreign banks and uploading the docs, TDS knowledge, Strong Forex exposure, MIS Reporting and Auditing exposure.Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 5-7 years in accounting and finance roles. Experience in the shipping, maritime, logistics, or global trading industry will be preferred.</li><li>Expertise in managing foreign currency transactions and bank operations.</li><li>Proven experience in treasury operations, foreign exchange handling, and bank relationships management.</li><li>Strong ability to interpret financial data and identify growth drivers and problem areas</li><li>Proficiency in Tally and the use of MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel &amp; Word</li><li>Strong English communication skills &ndash; written and spoken.</li></ul>*Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Assist the Finance team in booking indirect expenses/ incomes and managing bank entries for all companies.</li><li>Efficiently manage accounts payable processes, including journal entries and ledger transactions, to ensure accurate financial records and timely payments.</li><li>Managing all aspects of foreign currency transactions and payments, including inward/outward remittances and exchange rate management.</li><li>Manage banking facilities such as working capital limits, term loans, and non-fund-based facilities, guaranteeing timely renewals and efficient tracking of utilization limits</li><li>Coordinate in the payment process, ensuring the necessary documentation at the maker checker level, and support Finance in cash flow planning.</li><li>Maintain comprehensive records of all transactions, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.</li><li>Support in the preparation of Annual Reports and Financial statements like Balance Sheets, Profit &amp; Loss, and Cash Flow</li><li>Coordination with various stakeholders for regulatory, financial, and other issues and approvals.</li><li>Coordination with global offices for all finance matters</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;600,000.00 - &#8377;800,000.00 per yearApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Our Office will be shifted to Thane in 6 months.
