 to join our growing team in our
 
 Al Ain Office
 
 . This role is ideal for a recent graduate who is passionate about financial technology, data-driven insights, AI, and translating user behaviour into actionable product improvements.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Product &amp; Backlog Management
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Translate product requirements into clear, prioritised user stories that the engineering team can act on.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain the product team backlog and manage day-to-day activities to keep squads moving.
 </li>
 <li>
 Facilitate delivery for product squads, supporting a strong team cadence and predictable, high-quality execution.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Analytics &amp; Insights
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Analyse product usage and customer journeys to identify opportunities, friction points, and risks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor post-release performance and support rapid iteration based on user feedback and data signals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain reports and dashboards to keep the team informed on key product metrics.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field (recently completed or due to graduate imminently).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical mindset, you are comfortable working with data and drawing conclusions from it.
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; willingness to learn SQL and data visualisation tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
 </li>
 <li>
 Clear written and verbal communication skills, you can explain what the data is saying in plain terms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Startup mindset: adaptable, curious, and eager to build things from the ground up.
 </li>
 <li>
 Genuine interest in financial markets, wealth management, investment products, or consumer fintech.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent/Native Arabic speaker
