Pest Control Service ProfessionalFull-Time | Entry-Level | No Experience NecessaryWe are looking for self-motivated and energetic individuals to join our growing team. If you thrive working independently, enjoy solving problems, and take pride in delivering excellent service &mdash; this is the opportunity for you.What You'll Do<ul><li>Provide pest control services to residential and multi-family properties in accordance with applicable state law</li><li>Manage a multi-family pest control route Monday through Friday, 8 hours a day, with one Saturday per month (start and end times flexible based on avalablility)</li><li>Deliver exceptional customer service while interacting professionally with property managers and residents</li><li>Evaluate pest control needs and determine appropriate control measures and recommendations</li><li>Apply a variety of pest control treatments and products in accordance with chemical labels</li><li>Follow all safety protocols and industry best practices at all times</li><li>Complete accurate documentation of all pest control activities in the company systems</li><li>Arrive on time daily</li><li>Maintain your company vehicle and equipment in a clean and orderly condition</li><li>Work independently and problem-solve effectively and efficiently in the field</li></ul>Why You Should Join Our Team<ul><li>Medical, Dental, &amp; Vision insurance - Alpine Pest covers 70% of your costs</li><li>Company vehicle provided with take-home privileges</li><li>15 days Paid Time Off</li><li>Annual loyalty incentive pay increases based on length of employment</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle</li><li>Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record (no DUI/DWI, no at-fault accidents, no more than one moving violation in the last 36 months)</li><li>Must be able to pass a pre-employment and/or random drug screen</li><li>Must pass a criminal background check</li></ul>Alpine Pest Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.
