Responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the plant’s business goals and objectives.
 
Essential Responsibilities
 <ul>
<li>Perform highly diversified duties to maintain plant equipment</li>
<li>Provide emergency/ unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service</li>
<li>Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines</li>
<li>Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service</li>
<li>Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments</li>
<li>Perform regular preventative maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities</li>
<li>Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties</li>
<li>Participate in the maintenance On-Call system with qualified Technician.</li>
<li>Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situation to proper supervision</li>
<li>Comply with MSHA regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
Education and Experience
 <ul>
<li>A minimum of (1) or more years of experience maintain heavy equipment, preferably in a sand mining plant.</li>
<li>High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience</li>
<li>Associate degree or technical school equivalent preferred</li>
<li>Welder certification preferred</li>
</ul>
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
 <ul>
<li>Must be able to perform duties in a safe manner</li>
<li>Must have strong welding hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and industrial skills and experience.</li>
<li>Must be able to work 8-16 hour shifts, weekends, overtime, and holidays as needed</li>
<li>Strong communication skills</li>
</ul>
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements
 <ul>
<li>All duties require outside assignments and require periods of work in all weather conditions-heat, cold, wet or dry and dusty</li>
<li>Safety-sensitivity position</li>
<li>Ability to climb stairs, climb ladders, reach, stoop, squat, tolerate prolonged standing/walking, balance, bend, twist, crawl, kneel, push and pull objects</li>
<li>Ability to operate hand controls with both hands</li>
<li>Ability to operate mobile equipment, foot pedals with both feet</li>
<li>Ability to perform sustained overhead reaching</li>
<li>Ability to work in cramped quarters</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and carry up to 150 feet</li>
<li>Ability to tolerate working at heights up to 150 feet</li>

Maintenance Technician

The Office Manager will be responsible for maintaining the office in an organized, professional manner. This role will be responsible for assisting with operational reporting, employee administrative duties, meeting coordination, employee housing coordination, purchasing, and other tasks as assigned.
 
Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Maintain the office in an organized fashion inclusive of cleanliness, orderliness, and proper levels of supplies in the office environment.</li>
<li>Supervise the work of assigned employees to ensure adherence to quality standards and proper policy and procedures.</li>
<li>Coordinate employee housing, ensure housing is properly maintained, and that proper knowledge of availability is communicated to all appropriate parties.</li>
<li>Oversees the management of the visitor log and proper compliance with office procedures and processes.</li>
<li>Prepares and reviews operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Maintains recordkeeping of such reports and schedules.</li>
<li>Assist the assigned HR representative in the communication of departmental policies, procedures, and service standards.</li>
<li>Support the payroll process by performing administrative responsibilities of the time keeping process.</li>
<li>Support the recruiting process by scheduling interviews.</li>
<li>Assist with new employee onboarding process by collecting any appropriate documents and sending documentation to the assigned HR representative. Completing assigned processes for new hires.</li>
<li>Manage office operations and procedures such as requisition of supplies and other administrative services.</li>
<li>Assist with purchasing responsibilities for the office such as creating purchase orders, gathering documents for vendor set up, reviewing invoices prior to submitting to accounts payable, and confirming and tracking orders/shipments.</li>
<li>All personnel may be required to perform duties outside of their normal responsibilities from time to time, as needed.</li>
</ul>
Education, Experience, and Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or equivalent, required.</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree, preferred.</li>
<li>Three (3) or more years of experience in an office management role.</li>
<li>Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.</li>
<li>Proficiency in all Microsoft Suite programs including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etcetera.</li>
<li>Customer services experience, preferred.</li>
<li>Experience with and ability to maintain confidentiality as it relates to operational or personnel matters.</li>
<li>Must work well independently and as a member of a team; inclusive of multiple departments (i.e., HSE)</li>
</ul>
