The Role 
This is not a passive administrative position. 
You are responsible for keeping priorities organized, communication tight, and execution consistent across the business. You will support ownership directly while also ensuring day-to-day operations run without friction.

If you need constant direction or struggle to prioritize, this role will break down quickly.

<li>Coordinate meetings, logistics, and occasional travel</li>
<li>Maintain highly organized digital and physical filing systems</li>

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role</li>
<li>Strong organizational and time-management skills</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li>

<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)</li>
