Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Purchase Executive at our Surat Warehouse location. As a Purchase Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth procurement process and maintaining inventory levels.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Procurement: Assist in sourcing and purchasing goods and materials required for operations while adhering to budgetary constraints.</li><li>Vendor Management: Establish and maintain good relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and negotiate favorable terms.</li><li>Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.</li><li>Documentation: Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels. Prepare and process purchase orders and invoices.</li><li>Communication: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of goods.</li><li>Research: Stay updated with market trends, new products, and suppliers to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement processes.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in any field.</li><li>Communication Skills: Proficiency in Gujarati and Hindi language are essential. Good verbal and written communication skills are required.</li><li>Presentation: Presentable demeanour with the ability to represent the company professionally in interactions with vendors and other stakeholders.</li><li>Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
