 Job Summary
 
 
 
 Management and oversight of the organization&rsquo;s legal affairs, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and providing legal support and advice to internal departments, including the management of legal risks, contracts, and disputes.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Management of the organization&rsquo;s legal affairs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
 </li>
 <li>
 Providing legal advice and support to internal departments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Managing legal disputes and coordinating with external lawyers and consultants.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identifying, assessing, and mitigating legal risks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervising legal staff, if applicable.
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaising with governmental authorities and external legal entities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparing and submitting legal reports to senior management.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements &amp; Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in law (Master&rsquo;s degree is a plus).
 </li>
 <li>
 8&ndash;10 years of relevant legal experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Previous experience holding a Legal Manager position
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent legal drafting and negotiation skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical and risk management skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in Arabic and English.
 </li>
