We are hiring a dynamic HR Executive who can manage both recruitment and admin assistance.Responsibilities<ul><li>Look after recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.</li><li>Support HR managers in various administrative tasks and projects.</li><li>Assist in maintaining HR records and databases.</li><li>Handle Sales inbound and outbound calls professionally.</li><li>Update the daily reports.</li><li>Prepare documents relevant to hiring and follow ups to be done accordingly</li><li>Follow up on payments</li><li>Need to handle other admin works as assigned</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Excellent communication Skills required.</li><li>Confident in reaching out to corporate HRs and startup founders.</li><li>Strong follow-up and organizational skills.</li><li>Must be based in Thiruvananthapuram or willing to relocate.</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills:<ul><li>Graduate or MBA-HR</li><li>Good communication and convincing skills.</li><li>Bold and Confident.</li><li>Willing to learn and take new initiatives.</li></ul>Experience:Minimum of 1 years of HR experience.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;8,000.00 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
