Overview:
 
The Project Coordinator provides essential support to daily office operations by managing communications, organizing schedules, preparing documentation, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role ensures efficient workflow and a positive experience for clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Answer incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate staff.
</li><li>Schedule and confirm appointments while maintaining an organized and up-to-date calendar system.
</li><li>Create, update, and distribute reports, documents, and other administrative materials.
</li><li>Respond to client questions promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and support.
</li><li>Assist with general office duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
</li></ul>Qualifications (Optional to include):
<ul><li>Strong communication and customer service skills.
</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
</li><li>Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
</li><li>Prior administrative or reception experience preferred.
