</div><ul><li>Prepare samples for various laboratory analyses according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
</li><li>Operate and maintain basic laboratory equipment, including but not limited to centrifuges, pH meters, and balances.
</li><li>Perform routine chemical and physical tests on samples, accurately recording results.
</li><li>Assist senior laboratory staff with more complex testing procedures.
</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized laboratory workspace.
</li><li>Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
</li><li>Document all work accurately and legibly in laboratory notebooks or LIMS system.
</li><li>Participate in quality control activities and instrument calibration as directed.
</li><li>Report any equipment malfunctions or discrepancies to supervisory staff.
</li><li>Assist with inventory management of laboratory supplies and reagents.
</li></ul><div></div><div>Job Qualifications:
</div><ul><li>High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a scientific field (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science) preferred.
</li><li>0-2 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in an analytical or industrial environment.
</li><li>Basic understanding of laboratory safety procedures and good laboratory practices (GLP).
</li><li>Proficiency in basic laboratory techniques (e.g., pipetting, weighing, solution preparation).
</li><li>Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to perform tasks with precision.
</li><li>Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
</li><li>Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
</li><li>Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.

Overview:
 
The Project Coordinator provides essential support to daily office operations by managing communications, organizing schedules, preparing documentation, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role ensures efficient workflow and a positive experience for clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Answer incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate staff.
</li><li>Schedule and confirm appointments while maintaining an organized and up-to-date calendar system.
</li><li>Create, update, and distribute reports, documents, and other administrative materials.
</li><li>Respond to client questions promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and support.
</li><li>Assist with general office duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
