Job Summary**Generous commission structure**Auto Allowance, Gas Card, Toll Tag providedThe Business Development Manager (BDM) is primarily responsible for marketing the company's products and services and managing the sales process from initial contact to completion of the job. The BDM must have the ability to do the following:&Oslash; Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely with customers, suppliers and company personnel.&Oslash; Must be able and willing to meet with potential customers in person.&Oslash; Must make phone calls and emails to customers and vendors regarding the company's products and services.&Oslash; Must have a valid Texas Driver License. Must drive to customers' offices and jobsites in multi-county sales territory areas in Texas. This requires the ability to drive distances of at least 200 miles from the BDM&rsquo;s assigned office location.&Oslash; Must be able to operate computers, copiers and other customary office equipment to communicate sales quotes, job specifications and other pertinent information to customers, suppliers and company personnel.&Oslash; Must have the ability to learn the basic principles of water well drilling, service and troubleshooting procedures.
