Job Summary: 
As a Sales Consultant, you&rsquo;ll be the driving force behind the top-line growth of the branch you report into. In this position, you will report to a Regional Sales Manager that will train you, coach you and assist you in closing new business. After your 13-week training period, you will be ready to identify and secure new customers, build relationships, and deliver customized solutions for all types of businesses in food &amp; beverage, industrial and healthcare industries that use linen, uniforms, and facility services like first aid and restroom supplies. With the support of a dedicated team, you&rsquo;ll develop your skills, meet your financial goals, and help your branch achieve its growth goals.

Daily Position Activities:
<ul><li>Build a pipeline of new business by identifying prospects, cold calling, qualifying</li>
<li>leads, and presenting tailored proposals.</li>
<li>Meet and exceed weekly sales quotas by proactively managing your Salesforce sales funnel.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new customers.</li>
<li>Prepare for and participate in weekly branch growth meetings to outline your upcoming customer installations.</li>
<li>Foster strong relationships with new customers to ensure smooth transition to service team.</li>
<li>Safely operate a company vehicle and follow all policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned by management.</li>

<li>Proven history of successful sales experience and desire to be consistent and disciplined to meet and exceed your weekly goals.</li>
<li>A valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record.</li>

Compensation and Benefits
<ul><li>Competitive base salary - $42,000 - $45,000 plus uncapped commissions.</li>
<li>Company vehicle with gas card and insurance included.</li>
<li>Unlimited earning potential with no commission caps on industrial, healthcare and facility services customers.</li>
<li>Up to 15:1 multiplier, highest in the industry.</li>
<li>Over $10,000 potential in quarterly and annual bonuses.</li>
<li>No account size max.</li>
<li>Receive commission on current contracted corporate accounts.</li>
<li>Ability to upsell into all current customers in your assigned territory.</li>
<li>Largest and most protected sales territories in the industry, offering a vast pool of potential customers in every territory.</li>

Company Compensation Stats:
<ul><li>Top Sales Consultants make over $200,000.</li>
<li>Top 10% Sales Consultants make over $150,000.</li>
<li>Top 25% Sales Consultants make over $125,000.</li>
<li>Sales Consultants that achieve the standard weekly quotas will earn $100,000.</li>
</ul>
Working Conditions and Tools
<ul><li>Daily travel within designated sales territory.</li>
<li>Work in a mix of office, industrial, and customer environments.</li>
<li>iPhone, Laptop/iPad, Salesforce and anything else required to get the job done.</li>
</ul>
Typical Physical Activity:
<ul>
<li>Physical Demands/Requirements consist of standing, sitting, walking, stooping, driving, grasping, moving equipment, pushing, pulling, reading, speaking, hearing, and lifting up to 30 lbs.</li>
</ul>
Typical Environmental Conditions:
<ul>
<li>Vehicles on public roads, inside general offices, customer locations, areas of a typical industrial laundry facility, Service Center or depot.</li>
</ul>
Travel Requirements:

Requirements Qualifications:
<ul>
<li> - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, ability to comprehend and follow direction, as well as strong time management skills.</li>
<li> - Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office.</li>
<li> - Have and maintain a valid driver&rsquo;s license and maintain a driving record free of chargeable accidents, speeding, safety or other violations.</li>
<li> - Recognize colors, sizes and types of product. Count, add and subtract accurately.</li>
<li> - Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work successfully in a team environment.</li>
<li>College degree preferred or two years of outside sales experience.</li></ul>
