Job Summary: 
The Wash Aisle Operator processes soiled textiles through the washing and drying stages. This is accomplished by loading and unloading textiles into equipment, monitoring processes, and transporting textiles to the next phase of production. Performs other tasks as required.

Essential Functions:
<ul><li> Load, unload and operate washers, tumblers, extractors, lifts, hoists and/or other equipment.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Maintain an efficient flow of textiles and supplies in these processes and monitor quality.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Report malfunctions or problems promptly.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Correctly input data into washing/drying systems.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Transport textiles to and from the work area.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Continuously meet efficiency and safety standards for the position.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Follow instructions as directed by supervision.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Keep work area neat and clean.</li></ul>

Additional Functions:
<ul><li> Work in other production positions as needed.</li></ul>

Qualifications:
<ul><li> Recognize colors and sizes, count and different types of products.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Perform appropriate basic math computations of adding, subtracting, and counting.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Ability to comprehend and follow directions.</li></ul>

Typical Physical Activity:
<ul><li> Physical Demands are considered as heavy work and consist of kneeling, bending, reaching, standing, walking, reaching overhead, pushing, pulling, grasping, hearing, seeing, lifting up to 90 lbs. and stooping.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Physical Requirements consist of being able to continuously meet the physical</li></ul>
demands for the entire shift.

Typical Environmental Conditions:
<ul><li> Production areas of a typical industrial laundry facility, which includes variations in temperature, odors, humidity, lint, and dust.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Soiled textiles come from a variety of customers such as restaurants, hotels, medical facilities, and shops.</li></ul>

 The Office Clerk is responsible to the Office Manager for daily processing of company business transactions. This position may be assigned one or more clerical tasks as needed. Some of those tasks may include keypunching for routes, filing, some customer service or a variety of like tasks. Performs other tasks as needed.

 Accurate and timely computer data entry.

 Excellent communication skills whether in person or through phone calls.

 Participate in office training, cross train in office functions.

 Perform tasks such as reconciliations, daily deposits, Customer master maintenance, daily revenue calculation, daily branch journal, Branch item maintenance, bank statements, fixed asset reports, accrual reconciliations, property and sales tax reporting, A/P, A/R.

 Printing and organizing daily paperwork for routes, use postage meter, computer back-ups, customer billing.

Essential Functions:

<li>Process customer payments according to company policy.</li>
<li>Follow the branch collection strategy in monitoring customer accounts for non-payment, skipped invoices, and partial payments.</li>
<li>Provide regular communication to management regarding the status of account collections.</li>
<li>Organize a recovery system and initiate collection efforts.</li>
<li>Complete monthly and quarterly closing statement processes and create reports.</li>
<li>Communicate with customers via phone, e-mail, mail, or in-person to make payment arrangements on delinquent accounts.</li>
<li>Perform reference checks of all credit applications and report findings to management.</li>
<li>Investigate and resolve customer inquiries on time.</li>
<li>Submit accounts to management for bad debt write-offs.</li>
<li>Fax or e-mail invoices to customers for payment.</li>
<li>Perform other tasks as required.</li>
</ul>

Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Proficient with MS Office, with an emphasis on Excel spreadsheets summarizing aging/past due accounts.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, especially in telephone skills.</li>
<li>Proven excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work successfully in a team environment.</li>
<li>Great organizational and multi-tasking skills; detail oriented.</li>
<li>Show successful experience in the ability to enthusiastically press into action collection efforts.</li>
<li>Demonstrate a good understanding of general business operating procedures and be proficient in data entry.</li>
</ul>
Typical Physical Activity:
<ul>
<li>Physical Demands/Requirements consist of standing, sitting, walking, stooping, driving, grasping, moving equipment, pushing, pulling, reading, speaking, hearing, and lifting up to 30 lbs.</li>
