 QUALIFICATIONS:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields,
 </li>
 <li>
 At least 3-4 years of experience,
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in project management,
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent command in English in both written &amp; spoken,
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent knowledge of MS office applications,
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be able to build relationships with people across the business (internally &amp; externally).
 </li>

 JOB DESCRIPTION:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop strong and effective process aligned with company needs,
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop strong relationship with suppliers &amp; improve their service along with market abilities,
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow up markets price trends and report best pricing estimate for annual planning and business,
 </li>
 <li>
 Following and analyzing the market trends and align with portfolio teams on the strategy and further requirements from supplier,
 </li>
 <li>
 Closely follow up market movements to capture advantages on market with changed cover periods,
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop sustainability strategy with suppliers and support building global portfolio road map,
 </li>
 <li>
 Continuously explore and analyze saving opportunities to generate sustainable savings,
 </li>
 <li>
 Building and leading whole infrastructure for successful negotiation with supplier,
 </li>
 <li>
 Verifying supplier compliance, audits required date as integral part of negotiation,
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop cost models with suppliers to enable cover transparency,
 </li>
 <li>
 Set skilled negotiation with supplier in order to gain saving and create positive impact for business,
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage end-to-end processes for all countries within the Alshaya Eurasia region.
