 Qualifications :
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree: Economics, Business Administration, Statistics or Engineering degrees are preferred,
 </li>
 <li>
 Min. 1-2 years e-com experience,
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in English, both written and spoken,
 </li>
 <li>
 Pro-active, energetic, analytical thinker, team player with good communication and presentation skills,
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in MS Office applications, Excel is a must,

 Responsible for creating and organizing product and category pages for all brands,
 </li>
 <li>
 Defining seasonal campaigns through e-com panel,
 </li>
 <li>
 Updating product and category pages based on needs,
 </li>
 <li>
 Entering right prices to system,
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow-up all product related issues of the site,
 </li>
 <li>
 Working with brand teams to support development of promotional &amp; marketing calendars for E-Commerce channel which are aligned to retail stores but with specific initiatives for online only,
 </li>
 <li>
 Actively provide reporting on all web store sales and key KPIs (Traffic, Bounce Rate, CVR, Sales and Margin),
 </li>
 <li>
 Enrich and develop assortment with newness and linking to categories and product binding to occur in the site,
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as a business analyst for further developments for the site such as analysing every aspect and feasibility,
 </li>
 <li>
 Be responsible from all reports needed internally and to the Host Brand,
 </li>
 <li>
 Join weekly calls and be contact with international teams and discuss e-com-related issues,
 </li>
 <li>
 Working through strong relationships with key functions, including merchandising team, IT, finance, customer care and 3rd party service providers.
