About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Content Manager to lead our content initiatives across all marketing channels.

This role will enhance our brand presence, optimize website user experience (UX), align content to the customer journey, and ensure materials drive measurable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Content Strategy &amp; Development:</li>
<li><ul><li>Develop and manage a full content matrix tied to the customer journey and sales funnel.</li>
<li>Create a variety of content formats: blog posts, case studies, product guides, sales tools, event materials, and digital campaigns.</li>
<li>Ensure content consistency, brand voice alignment, and clear support of lead generation and revenue goals.</li>
</ul></li><li>Website UX Optimization:</li>
<li><ul><li>Collaborate with web teams to improve navigation, page layouts, and overall user experience.</li>
<li>Conduct regular UX audits to identify optimization opportunities based on analytics and user feedback.</li>
</ul></li><li>Content Supply Chain Management:</li>
<li><ul><li>Build and manage efficient workflows for content creation, approval, versioning, and publishing.</li>
<li>Maintain and prioritize a marketing content calendar across all channels.</li>
</ul></li><li>Marketing Brief Development &amp; Campaign Execution:</li>
<li><ul><li>Lead the development of clear, actionable marketing briefs for all key campaigns and projects.</li>
<li>Drive collaboration across creative, web, sales, and executive teams.</li>
</ul></li><li>Agency and Vendor Management:</li>
<li><ul><li>Manage external agency partners and freelancers (writers, designers, web support, printers).</li>
<li>Ensure quality, adherence to brand standards, timelines, and budgets.</li>
</ul></li><li>Marketing Automation Integration:</li>
<li><ul><li>Develop content that feeds into automated journeys and campaigns via Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms.</li>
<li>Ensure alignment with CRM segmentation, lead scoring, and nurture strategies.</li>
</ul></li><li>Analytics and Optimization:</li>
<li><ul><li>Track content performance across channels using tools like Google Analytics, Salesforce, and marketing automation reporting.</li>
<li>Analyze engagement and lead generation metrics to refine content strategies and optimize for ROI.</li>
</ul></li>
</ul>Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Journalism, UX Design, Journalism, or related field.</li>
<li>4-7 years of content marketing experience.</li>
<li>Proven ability to build and manage a full content matrix and align content to customer journeys.</li>
<li>Strong copywriting and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone and messaging across audiences.
</li><li>Graphic design experience (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools).</li>
<li>Familiarity with UX best practices for digital content and website design collaboration.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or a marketing automation tool that is compatible) or comparable marketing automation platforms.</li>
<li>Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.</li>
<li>Experience managing external vendors and creative agencies.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Background in building products, construction, manufacturing, or distribution industries.</li>
<li>Understanding of CRM-to-marketing automation platform integrations.</li>
<li>Basic HTML/CSS skills for content publishing support.</li>
</ul>
