 Key Accountabilities
 
 
 
 
 Commodity support on site:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Consolidation of commodity needs &amp; inputs from different Stakeholders
 </li>
 <li>
 Launch RFQ in Align with Global &amp;local process
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage Quotes, Comparison, negotiation in terms of Price, T&amp;C , PT , and contract finalization
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage wide range of Indirect categories from procurement aspects
 </li>
 <li>
 Active participation to commodity strategy and panel elaboration from Local site
 </li>
 <li>
 Support of Commodity Manager in tender phase for indirect activities
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Supplier relationship:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support global supplier panel relationship
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage specific supplier panel relationship (negotiation, specific agreement, local supplier QCDT performances)
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor day to day suppliers&rsquo; performances, deliveries, and issues with Finance
 </li>
 <li>
 Management of initial issues before escalation to line manager
 </li>
 <li>
 Respect Alstom code of ethics and guidelines
 </li>
 <li>
 Effective teamwork with internal customers and stakeholders in problem solving
 </li>
 <li>
 Apply the Alstom Sourcing process and provide return on experience.
 
 
 </li>

 Involvement in projects:

 Coordinate project with all M&eacute;tiers

 Preparation and launch of Request for Quotation with suppliers using the standard tool

 Lead project negotiation and RFP with Suppliers

 Prepare Business Award according to DOA threshold
 </li>
 <li>
 Promoting the Alstom Code of Ethics and adhering to the highest standards of ethical conduct

 Take on a new challenge and apply your seasoned legal expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You&rsquo;ll work alongside dedicated, collaborative, and expert teammates. You'll provide expert guidance and strategic solutions on legal issues, significantly impacting our business operations and growth. Day-to-day, you&rsquo;ll work closely with teams across the business (Contract Management team, Cluster legal Director, and bid teams), review and draft complex legal agreements, support in legal and contractual matters including claim management and dispute settlement, and much more.

 Assistance to bid teams during the tender process including contractual and legal assessment.

 Expert guidance and strategic solutions on legal issues.
