 Your future role
 
 
 
 Take on a new challenge and apply your organizational and coordination expertise in a cutting-edge field. You&rsquo;ll work alongside passionate and collaborative teammates.
 
 
 You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of training programs that empower our teams to excel and grow. Day-to-day, you&rsquo;ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Maintenance, Operations, and HR), manage training logistics, and contribute to the implementation of innovative competency management systems, and much more.
 
 
 You&rsquo;ll specifically take care of designing and coordinating training management plans, but also support trainers, participants, and managers throughout the process.
 
 
 We&rsquo;ll look to you for:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Preparation of the Training Management Plan
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordination of training material preparation
 </li>
 <li>
 Management of training planning (forecast, execution, follow-up) and associated reporting to management
 </li>
 <li>
 Managing and coordinating logistics and requirements for training execution (planning, travel, training environment)
 </li>
 <li>
 Providing support for participants, trainers, and Line &amp; HR Managers along the process
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinating the order and purchasing process for vendors
 </li>
 <li>
 Managing training evaluations and capitalizing on lessons learned (REX)
 </li>
 <li>
 Implementing a fully integrated training and competency management system, including dynamic and interactive training and assessment, with support from Maintenance and Operations Directors
 </li>
 <li>
 Incorporating standards and processes for training and enforcing the implementation of standardized tools and reporting
 </li>
 <li>
 Implementing, managing, and improving tools required for efficient competency management
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring compliance with HSE legal obligations, local regulations, company policies, processes, and initiatives, including railway safety and safety-critical task requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Creating a network of Key Instructors in areas of expertise for the various subsystems under the O&amp;M scope of work
 </li>
 <li>
 Reviewing and developing training materials from suppliers and/or internal sources

 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree (minimum requirement)
 </li>

 2&ndash;3 years of experience in an equivalent function
 </li>

 Strong organizational and communication skills
 </li>

 Multicultural sensitivity and the ability to coordinate and follow up on multiple tasks from start to finish
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to manage unexpected or short-notice requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency with IT tools such as Excel, Word, and LMS
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent interpersonal and networking skills to foster open dialogue and collaboration
 </li>
 <li>
 Teamwork and collaboration mindset
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in English, both written and spoken
