 You'll play a key role in providing professional HR support to local business partners, ensuring adherence to company policies, and deploying Alstom HR initiatives to empower our teams. Day-to-day, you&rsquo;ll work closely with teams across the business, such as the ALSTOM HR network, site and corporate HR communities, and expertise centers, while also maintaining strong relationships with external recruitment suppliers and HR networks.
 
 
 You&rsquo;ll specifically take care of counselling business on HR topics and supporting line managers in developing their human relation skills to care for their teams, but also ensure project staffing and site HR support are secured on time.

 Fluency in English, both written and spoken

 <li>
 Strong organizational, communication, and influencing skills

 Your mission

 Prepare periodic project reviews reflecting the fair situation of the project

 Control and forecast costs and sales accurately at contract consolidated level
 </li>

 Monitor Say Do ratio on Cost Incurred
 </li>

 Challenge estimate to complete and be proactive in proposing optimizations at project level

 Implement and follow cash improvement actions on the project

 Prepare analyses or simulations (Variation orders, Backtrading) at project level

 Key accountabilities:

 Support Project EHS manager for EHS topics
 </li>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Cooperate with the internal resources to achieve EHS objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the Project EHS Manager to prepare, implement and maintain emergency plans.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist Project EHS Manager to coordinate and control activities with respect of EHS, especially where interfaces are involved with other contractors or operation areas.
 </li>
 <li>
 Recognize the best practices and the good performance. React to violations to regulations and Alstom Standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Raise awareness of Project personnel on all aspects of EHS applicable to project activities &amp; provide support.
 </li>

 Develop Project EHS Management System
 </li>

 Support the Project EHS Manager to develop, deploy and maintain the local procedures and tools and make sure they are aligned with Alstom Standards and international standards (ISO14001 and ISO 45001).

 Support the Project EHS Manager to ensure that Alstom EHS standards and tools (Global EHS procedures/standerds, Global environmental procedures/standerds, Transport Key processes) are deployed at Project level.

 Support the Project personnel to perform EHS Risk Assessment and to define appropriate measures to control risks.
 </li>

 Assist the Project EHS Manager to ensure compliance of the project activities according to the EHS Plan, guidelines, legal requirements, and work instructions.

 Develop EHS culture in the project

 Inform, instruct and train employees to carry out the work in safe &amp; environment-friendly mode according to the method of statement.

 Participate in the implementation of the project EHS training programs by providing EHS inductions and ensuring Tool Box meetings are organized.

 Report, Measure &amp; Review

 Support the EHS Project Manager to capture, report, record, investigate and analyze accidents/incidents/observations to implement corrective and preventive actions.

 Support the preparation of monthly EHS reports. Can be in charge of feeding EHS Teranga reporting system in line with Group reporting requirements and under control by Project EHS manager.
 </li>
 <li>
 Carry out inspections of work areas and carry out EHS audits and report any discrepancy.
