<ul><li>Experience: 2-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or sales is required.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Market Research &amp; Analysis: Conduct local, regional, and national market research to identify trends, consumer behaviors, pricing opportunities, and competitor activity.</li><li>Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans, including campaign strategies.</li><li>Campaign Management: Plan, create, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across various platforms, including email, social media, and advertising like Bayut and Property Finder, to reach target audiences.</li><li>Content Creation: Produce effective promotional materials, such as social media posts, and website content, that resonate with consumers.</li><li>Sales Strategy &amp; Execution: Set sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), create sales plans to achieve them, and identify new market opportunities.</li><li>Customer Engagement: Discover and connect with prospective clients, foster customer relationships, and provide product support to establish clear communication channels.</li><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and design teams to ensure a consistent and integrated approach to marketing and sales initiatives.</li><li>Performance Tracking: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing and sales initiatives to measure success and adjust strategies as needed.</li></ul>Job Type: Contract Contract length: 24 months
