We are looking for a dynamic Chartered Accountant to step into a pivotal leadership position within our Process Consulting vertical. You will report directly to the Vertical Head, CA Anand Bhanushali, and take ownership of the entire project management office (PMO) and client-facing execution for our most critical engagements. Your primary mission is to empower senior leadership to focus on strategic solutioning by flawlessly managing project delivery, leading a sizable team, and acting as the trusted point of contact for our diverse clientele. This role offers a unique opportunity to inherit a portfolio of high-impact projects, manage a team from day one, and be groomed as a future leader within a hyper-growth startup environment.What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)Team &amp; Project Leadership:- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of over 15 professionals, including articles and semi-qualified staff, from the beginning.- Take full ownership of the project management lifecycle, including engagement planning, resource allocation, budget tracking, and status reporting.- Build and scale your own team in the future by participating in and leading hiring initiatives.Client Engagement &amp; Delivery:- Act as the primary, front-facing contact for our key clients, building trust and maintaining strong relationships through the project lifecycle.- Lead discovery calls, workshops, and cadence meetings to understand client needs and manage expectations.- Develop and deliver compelling client presentations, process documentation (flowcharts, SOPs), Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), and Risk Control Matrices (RCMs).Process Analysis &amp; Transformation:- Conduct in-depth analysis of clients' existing business processes, workflows, and systems to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization.- Apply your expertise across functional business areas like Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Record-to Report (R2R) to advise clients on industry best practices.- Effectively translate client business logic to technical/development teams for system enhancements or ERP module implementations.- Develop training materials and conduct sessions to educate end-users on new processes and system functionalities, ensuring smooth adoption.What You'll Bring (Skills &amp; Qualifications)- Professional Certification: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.- Experience: 0-3 years of post-qualification experience. We are open to exceptional fresher CAs with a strong articleship background.- Mandatory Articleship Experience: Demonstrable experience in Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, or a dedicated Process Consulting/Risk Advisory role is essential.- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple engagements, teams, and deadlines simultaneously in a structured manner.- Process &amp; ERP Knowledge: A solid understanding of standard business processes (e.g., P2P, O2C, R2R) and the fundamental functions of an ERP system.- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint. The ideal candidate must possess strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and practical experience working with an integrated ERP system.Key Responsibilities1. Intercompany Accounting &amp; Loan ManagementMonthly Calculation: Execute and perform detailed monthly calculations for intercompany loan interest, ensuring accuracy in accruals and repayments based on agreed-upon terms and rates.SAP S/4HANA Updates: Accurately update and post the calculated intercompany loan entries and adjustments into SAP S/4HANA on a monthly basis.Reconciliation: Assist in the reconciliation of intercompany balances as needed.2. Accounts Payable &amp; Vendor ManagementBill Verification: Review and verify vendor bills that have been &quot;parked&quot; by the team in SAP S/4HANA for correctness, proper coding, and alignment with company policies.Posting: Process and post the verified vendor bills into the live accounting system within SAP S/4HANA.Compliance: Ensure all accounts payable postings comply with established internal controls and documentation requirements.3. Tax ReportingSales Tax Reporting: Prepare and compile the monthly sales tax report for the USA, ensuring compliance with relevant state and local tax regulations.Filing Support: Assist in gathering necessary documentation and data to support the timely filing of sales tax returns.4. Revenue Accounting &amp; ReportingReport Creation : Create a monthly revenue report based on the settlements in the bank account. Check the settlement report and reconcile the settlement report with the bank once every week. Create a SAP upload report based on the settlement report created after completing the reconciliation needed.
