Job Overview
This Coordinator II of Utilization Management is responsible for providing support to the Medical Management department to ensure the timeliness of outpatient or inpatient referral/authorization processing per state and federal guidelines. This position performs troubleshooting when problem situations arise and takes independent action to resolve complex issues.
Minimum Requirements
<ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent required.
</li><li>MA or Medical Billing Certificate preferred.
</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience working in a medical billing environment (IPA or HMO preferred), with pre-authorizations and reimbursement regulations about Medi-Cal, CCS, and other government programs required.
</li><li>Prior experience in utilization management, processing authorization referrals is also required.
</li><li>Prefer prior Lead position experience.

$26.92 - $33.65 hourly

 The Dental Assistant position is responsible for assisting the dentist(s) and the dental hygienist(s) in providing primary care dental services to patients at the clinic or in the mobile oral health unit as well as for sterilization, preparation and inventory control of dental instruments supplies, and for proper infection control of all areas involving patient care.
 
 
 
 Minimum Requirements

 High School diploma or GED certificate required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Successful completion of a board-approved course in the Dental Practice Act.
 </li>
 <li>
 Completion of an accredited course in dental assisting is preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coronal Polishing Certification, Completion of an accredited course in dental assisting,

 <li>
 Successful completion of a board-approved course in X-Ray, infection control required
 </li>
 <li>
 A valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Valid CA Driver's License, if assigned to Mobile Units, required

 <li>
 Successful completion of background DOJ/FBI clearance within 30 days of hire, if assigned to Mobile Units, is required.
 </li>

 Job Overview
 
 
 
 The Administrative Assistant (AA) IV provides administrative support to an individual, team, department, or group in the organization. The AA collects, reviews, and analyzes data and prepares reports, charts, budgets, and other presentation materials utilizing word processing, spreadsheet, or specialized software. The AA prepares and distributes reports or other communications on a regular schedule and maintains files, databases, and archives of relevant records. In addition, the AA screens calls and responds to or routes routine inquiries from external or internal sources with appropriate correspondence or other messaging. Lastly, the AA schedules and coordinates meetings, travel, and other group activities as well as manages expense reporting, invoicing, office supply inventory, and other routine processes.
