The People Development Intern will assist the team in various tasks related to onboarding, employee relations, and People Development operations. The intern will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in systems, performance management, and People Development compliance. Responsibilities may include drafting policies, participating in initiatives, and supporting the team in day-to-day operations.</div><div></div><div>
Primary Responsibilities</div><div></div><ul><li><div>
Support employee relations activities, including responding to employee inquiries and assisting in conflict resolution.</div></li><li><div>
Assist in administration tasks, such as maintaining employee records, updating databases, and preparing reports.</div></li><li><div>
Participate in projects and initiatives to support the overall People Development strategy and objectives.</div></li><li><div>
Gain exposure to various People Development programs/people initiatives to help build a general HR skill- set and enhance their business acumen.</div></li></ul><div></div><div>
Qualifications</div><div></div><ul><li><div>
Upcoming junior, senior or recent graduate with a strong academic record pursuing a degree in Human Resources or related field.</div></li><li><div>
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.</div></li><li><div>
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.</div></li><li><div>
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.</div></li><li><div>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.</div></li><li><div>
Willingness to learn and contribute to the team.</div></li><li><div>
Must have a few days of open availability and be able to work a minimum of 20-25 hours.</div></li></ul><div></div><div>

The Altar&rsquo;d State Marketing Intern will have a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in fashion industry marketing while contributing to projects that make a meaningful impact. The Marketing Intern will gain exposure to different facets of marketing, including digital marketing, content creation, market research, and campaign execution. The Marketing Intern will work closely with an experienced, dynamic team and gain practical experience in a fast-paced environment.</div><div></div><div>

Assist in the development of marketing content, such as blog posts, social media updates, email campaigns, and website content.</div></li><li><div>
Support digital marketing efforts by assisting in the management of social media accounts, paid advertising campaigns, and email marketing.</div></li><li><div>
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer insights. Summarize findings and provide recommendations.</div></li><li><div>
Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns. This includes creating marketing content, tracking campaign performance, and making data-driven recommendations.</div></li><li><div>
Help analyze marketing data and prepare reports to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.</div></li><li><div>
Assist with administrative tasks related to marketing operations, including organizing files, managing databases, and coordinating meetings.</div></li><li><div>
