Under the direction of the Clinical Operations, the NP diagnoses and treats acute, episodic, or chronic illnesses, as part of a healthcare team within Senior Care Facilities.
This provider will be responsible for servicing facilities in the Cincinnati metro area.

Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Analyze and interpret patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, or diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses.</li><li>
Diagnose or treat acute health care problems such as illnesses, infections, or injuries.
</li><li>Recommends diagnostic or therapeutic interventions.</li><li>
Order, perform, or interpret the results of diagnostic tests.</li><li>
Maintain complete and detailed records of patients' health care plans and prognoses.
</li><li>Prescribe medications.</li><li>
Educate patients about self-management of acute or chronic illnesses.</li><li>
Complete full patient consenting process.</li></ul>
Requirements:

Minimum Requirements:<ul><li>
Current and valid NP licensure in OH</li><li>
Access to insured, reliable transportation</li><li>
6 months of prior NP work experience</li></ul>
Preferred Requirements:<ul><li>
2+ years Nursing Home Experience</li><li>
2+ years of Pulmonary experience</li><li>
2+ years of prior NP work experience</li></ul>
