Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
<ul>
<li>Provides multi-faceted administrative support and assistance to ensure effective use of an executive's time and productive interactions with staff and the public.</li>
<li>Handles a wide range of administrative and support tasks and independently initiates and implements processes to manage projects, information, and people.</li>
<li>Manages creation and development of presentations and Excel reporting and analysis.</li>
<li>Able to facilitate and lead meetings in Teams.</li>
<li>Able to take complex tasks and figure them out independently.</li>
<li>Manages the executive's schedule, meeting preparations, follow-up tasks, and complex travel arrangements.</li>
<li>Conduct research and information gathering on behalf of the executive and prepares summaries and reports.</li>
<li>Develops positive and strategic relationships at all levels of the organization.</li>
<li>Uses discretion, judgement, and knowledge of the organization to facilitate the executive's activities and maintain confidentiality.</li>
<li>May be responsible for directing and deploying support staff or other resources.</li>
</ul>
Education/Experience
<ul><li>Minimum of a bachelor's degree.</li>
<li>2-4 years of professional experience</li>
</ul>

 Job Description
 
 
 
 Serve as the front-line contact via phone for parents, students, and other Northeastern University constituents. Handle phone inquiries for the University Main Line, as well as one other area the Enrollment Management Contact Center (EMCC) supports (Student Financial Services, Admissions, Office of Global Services) with excellent customer service in answering questions and directing callers to the appropriate areas of the University. Responsible for a basic understanding of the major University offices to direct callers appropriately.
 
 
 <ul>

 All temporary staff providing Services hereunder must meet the following criteria:
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette, a positive outgoing personality, the ability to work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment, and a self-starter attitude. Individuals must be willing to work in a metrics driven position.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must have own form of transportation, as location is in Dedham, MA and training is conducted in-person. Once training period is complete, will transition to remote capacity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must have customer service experience; strong interpersonal, phone, and communications skills; some experience in working with various databases and office applications such as the Microsoft Office suite; a demonstrated sensitivity to the understanding of the needs and concerns of a diverse population.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior experience working in a Call Center or higher education and supporting adult learners is ideal.
 </li>

 Participates in program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to integrate technical solutions across multiple disciplines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Leads and works with Test Project Management, Design Engineering, and Program IE to develop and maintain integrated build plans.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develops, implements and maintains various manufacturing plans, Bill of Materials, work instructions and illustrations to define and document as-built configuration.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinates with fabrication personnel and lead coordination with procurement/supplier management personnel.
 </li>
 <li>
 Works across groups to coordinate and track part status and shipping with supplier management and MMO.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develops and documents BT&amp;E ME process and tools for Flight test programs, new job practices, techniques and standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepares build analyses and cost estimate reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Leads integration of complex suppliers, processes, materials, data and technology to meet manufacturing and delivery requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Leads teams performing producibility assessments of design concepts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manages the program work statement making sure it meets cost and schedule requirements.
 </li>

 Leads development of complex work statements and sequencing of events to support delivery commitments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Helps develop schedule to align with integrated build plan, program needs, and fabrication capabilities.

 Drafts, updates and reviews processes and procedures to support business requirements.

 Works under minimal direction.
