 As (Process Analyst &amp; Documentation) you will be responsible for;
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Access, review, and analyze&nbsp;
 
 process documents
 
 &nbsp;in BMS/MyDoc and NormMaster.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and map all&nbsp;
 
 stakeholders impacted
 
 &nbsp;by process documents and shop floor activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with&nbsp;
 
 stakeholders&nbsp;
 
 &nbsp;to ensure alignment between documented processes and real operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Escalate stakeholder availability issues&nbsp;when required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and document&nbsp;
 
 process gaps
 
 , preparing clear reports and corrective action plans.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all process and activity lines are completed with stakeholder information and traceability.
 </li>
 </ul>

 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, or related field (or equivalent experience).
 </li>
 <li>
 1-3 years of experience in&nbsp;
 
 process analysis, business process documentation, or quality/process engineering
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical skills for identifying process gaps and stakeholder impacts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to interpret technical and process documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
 </li>
 </ul>

 SAP PAM/PEA
 </li>

 BMS (Business Management System)
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Preferred Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience in aerospace, automotive, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with process mapping and adherence process.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong reporting and documentation skills for audits and compliance reviews.
 </li>
 </ul>
