Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Configures, maintains, and operates routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points, load balancers, VOIP equipment, and monitoring tools</li>
<li>Installs physical equipment, connects cabling, dresses communications racks, powers devices per provided documentation</li>
<li>Oversees the proactive monitoring of the network infrastructure via monitoring tools, addresses alerts in a timely manner, and documents topologies and changes</li>
<li>Mentors, coaches, and knowledge shares with junior associates and peers</li>
<li>Is the escalation point for junior associates handling difficult incidents/requests</li>
<li>Independently processes routine requests for network services, access, and documentation</li>
<li>Independently troubleshoots and resolves major incidents, runs outage bridges, and seeks root cause analysis for complex network issues</li>
<li>Independently owns network infrastructure projects from concept to completion including requirements gathering, implementation, turn up, testing, and hand off of the technology solution to the business</li>
<li>Independently becomes a subject matter expert in one or more network specialty domain such as datacenter, firewall, wireless, load balancing, cloud networking, or VOIP</li>
<li>Contributes to the implementation of major network infrastructure projects in cooperation with senior engineers and peers</li>
</ul>
Experience Required:
<ul>
<li>3+ years of experience in core Network and Security.</li>
<li>Candidate should have good Experience in data Security operations (Administration / Configuration/ Troubleshooting/ Design)-</li>
<li>Experience in designing, implementation, and management of large-scale enterprise networks with experience in network security, multi-vendor firewalls such as Checkpoint, Cisco ASA, Cisco Firepower, Fortinet, Sonicwall.</li>
<li>Experience in configuration and implementation of network security tools like Web Application Firewall/Network Intrusion Prevention System/Firewall Analyzer/DDOS.</li>
<li>Detailed understanding of L3 routing protocols OSPF &amp; BGP.</li>
<li>Multi-Vendor deployment experience preferred (Whitebox is a plus)</li>
<li>Experience on any firewall like Cisco ASA, Palo-Alto, checkpoint, Sonicwall etc.</li>
<li>Solid understanding of client/server, networking, and Internet technologies</li>
<li>Experience of networking technologies such as TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPBGP, MPLS VPNs, VxLAN, Multicast</li>
<li>Experience of DMVPN, IPSEC and Encryption Standards, Network Security</li>
<li>Should have good technical exposure to above Primary skills/technologies</li>
<li>Understanding and implementation experience in network design principles VPN, Express route, Load balancing, Network watcher, Traffic manager, User define Routing.</li>
<li>Azure Front door, WAF, Application Gateway etc.</li>
<li>In-depth knowledge on Azure Compute, Storage, Network, backup, TCP/IP, VPN, Subnet, Routing, and Infrastructure as Service.</li>
<li>Knowledge of AWS and Azure architectural principles and key networking services such as.</li>
<li>Core network skills (TCP/IP, DNS, Packet Capture, Routing protocols; BGP, OSPF, EIGRP)</li>
<li>Practitioner-level network automation skills using DevOps and CI/CD pipeline practices: Python or Shell Scripting, YAML etc.</li>
</ul>
Education Qualification:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in engineering or an associated discipline with 3 to 5+ years&quot; experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of Degree.</li>
<li>Desired certifications: Cisco Certified Technician (CCT), Cisco Certified Network Engineer (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), ITIL Foundations, Security+, Microsoft Azure Fundamental training or certification.</li>
<li>Strong consulting and communication skills. Ability to communicate well with internal and external customers.</li></ul><div>

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS /MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
<ul>
<li>Ensures platform alignment with the business strategy</li>
<li>Provides consultative technical leadership to the platform team</li>
<li>Creates and maintains a detailed view of the existing architecture</li>
<li>Provides architectural controls to ensure the correct technical solutions are used when delivering business solutions</li>
<li>Resolves technical escalations, including responding to defects</li>
<li>Participates in process workshops</li>
<li>Assists in migrating configuration across instances</li>
<li>Oversee the implementation and maintenance of platform integrations</li>
<li>Oversee the security of the Now Platform</li>
</ul>
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education and Certifications
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related</li>
<li>ServiceNow Certified (preferably ServiceNow Application Developer, CSM Implementation Specialist (CIS), Technical Architect (CTA) or Master Architect (CMA))</li>
<li>ITIL Foundations Certification preferred</li>
</ul>
Experience
<ul>
<li>Total 12+ yrs of experience and 8+ years relevant work experience</li>
<li>Must be willing to work in shifts</li>
<li>Experience in Solution Design and Architecture of ServiceNow specific projects of at least one module such as ITSM, CSM or ITOM.</li>
<li>Experience with complex software solutions.</li>
<li>Must be able to define and manage complex process and/or product issues of a broad scope using independent judgment</li>
<li>Success driving complex issues through analysis and resolution</li>
<li>Industry domain expertise</li>
<li>Experience writing technical functional specifications required</li>
<li>Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.</li>

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Required Skills
<ul>
<li>Proven experience in configuration, customization, development, and administration on the ServiceNow platform</li>
<li>Proven experience in implementing new functionality using Variable sets, Forms design, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Access Control Lists, Workflow Activities, Flows, Script Includes, Transform Map etc.</li>
<li>Proven experience in working within both waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies.</li>
<li>Practical experience of setting up ServiceNow API's and MID servers</li>
<li>Practical experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, etc.) and relational databases</li>
<li>Practical experience in end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow integration with other third-party systems (Oracle, TFS, JIRA, Workday etc.) using: SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS</li>
<li>Strong understanding of ITIL concepts and policies for managing information technology infrastructure, development, and operations (ITIL Foundations certification preferred)</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with personnel at all levels of the enterprise in a cooperative and effective manner</li>
<li>Excellent conflict management and negotiation skills</li>
<li>Ability to train and support others on functional area-related topics.</li>
