 Job Responsibilities
 
 
 As the Dietary Coordinator, you are responsible for the following:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Responsible for food purchase, production and timely service of meals
 </li>
 <li>
 Budget and inventory management and control
 </li>
 <li>
 Directs and supervises all dietary functions and personnel
 </li>
 <li>
 Possess leadership qualities and be able to supervise and secure the cooperation of the dietary personnel including ongoing training, counseling and development
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Job Requirements

 <ul>
 <li>
 2 years of professional experience working in a skilled nursing facility dietary department.
 </li>
 <li>
 Current Level 2 Serve Safe Certification or willingness to become certified
 </li>
 <li>
 Current Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) Preferred but not required
 </li>
 <li>
 Detail Oriented.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to thrive in a team environment.
