Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support our accounting team with daily financial tasks across multiple entities. Our organization manages multiple companies and investment projects across the Southwest. We utilize NetSuite ERP and modern financial systems to manage accounting and reporting across our portfolio.This role is ideal for someone organized, reliable, and interested in growing within the accounting field.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable</li><li>Enter financial data and maintain accurate records</li><li>Assist with bank reconciliations</li><li>Process invoices and payments</li><li>Help with month-end closing tasks</li><li>Maintain organized accounting files and documentation</li><li>Provide general support to the accounting team</li></ul>Qualifications: Required<ul><li>3+ year accounting or bookkeeping experience</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Experience reconciling bank and credit card accounts</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks across several entities</li><li>Bilingual English / Spanish</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems</li><li>Experience with multi-entity accounting</li><li>Experience in real estate, finance, or multi-location businesses</li></ul>Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience.Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hourExperience:<ul><li>Accounting: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
