 We are looking for an experienced
 
 Project Maintenance Manager
 
 to oversee day by day he maintenance of tensile membrane structure facilities.
 
 
 &nbsp;
 
 Key Requirements:
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Bachelor's in Engineering (Civil/Steel Structures preferred) PMP is a plus
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;5+ years experience in tensile membrane structures or steel structure maintenance projects
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Proficient in AutoCAD, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, Tekla, etc.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is a plus
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong leadership, planning &amp; technical reporting skills
