<div>Procurement Analyst
The Procurement Analyst will be located in La Porte, TX, and will report to the Supply Chain Director. This position will be focused on procurement tasks and particularly on indirect procurement (all buying and receipting activities not related to product packaging or raw material). Additionally, this position will support the maintenance team in linking material and service requisitions to work orders, and tracking inventory.
Job responsibilities<ul><li>
Assist Accounts Payable to identify the related purchasing document, for any incoming invoice</li><li>
Monitor requisitions for La Porte (LAP): ensure approval received timely</li><li>
Create purchase order (PO) for any approved requisition at LAP</li><li>
Monitor receipts, follow up on any outstanding receipts to ensure timely close of PO line items</li><li>
Set up new vendors, and work with accounting to provide standard credit references and share typically requested information in an efficient and consistent manner</li><li>
Create purchasing master data, with the goal of minimizing non-inventory procurement</li><li>
Work with maintenance to link purchasing to work orders (WO), for maximum traceability</li><li>
Monitor any purchasing non-conformances and helps to steward purchasing key performance indicators (KPI); provide local updates to Crosby Plant Manager</li><li>
Identify any process improvements including ERP access and training needs, receipt quality and validation, or other master data and process/system requirements</li></ul>

Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business-related field preferred</li><li>
Previous experience with purchasing and/or ERP systems preferred</li><li>
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred</li></ul>

Procurement Analyst - SPD

<div>Job Summary:
The primary responsibilities of this position are to provide the day-to-day process engineering support to the plant operations, monitor key process parameters, and identify process optimization &amp; improvement opportunities. Extensive interaction with project engineering, maintenance, and plant management personnel. This position requires a strong working relationship with the operating groups to insure proper coordination, direction, and implementation of projects.
Job Duties &amp; Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Day-to-day operations support of the different operating units. Familiarization with key operating conditions and their impact on performance. Daily analysis and recommendations of necessary adjustments to operating conditions. interaction with plant operators to improve operating efficiencies.</li><li>
Work with operating personnel to troubleshoot process deficiencies. Collect and evaluate key operating parameters (raw material yields, energy consumption, product specifications, capacity utilization, etc.) of all processes to optimize operating conditions.
</li><li>Provide technical support for major process outages and startups.
</li><li>Take the lead or assist in development, design, and coordination of feasibility studies, preliminary engineering, and major process capital projects.
</li><li>Coordinate with procurement team the preparation of authorizations for expenditures (AFE&rsquo;s) for process enhancement, maintenance, and repair projects.</li></ul></div>

Process Engineer

<div>Job Summary:
The Laboratory Technician is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and disposing of hazardous waste samples in compliance with standard operating procedures, analytical methods, and safety protocols. This role requires hands-on experience in laboratory environments, particularly with hazardous materials, and a strong commitment to maintaining safety and compliance standards.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Handle hazardous waste samples using four-ounce bottles, one-pint bottles, and sampling tins.</li><li>
Extract required aliquots from samples for analysis following established procedures.</li><li>
Perform a variety of tests on hazardous waste samples in compliance with safety standards.</li><li>
Document and report analytical findings with accuracy and attention to detail.</li><li>
Safely dispose of analyzed samples in properly labeled containers.</li><li>
Inspect laboratory hazardous waste management areas to ensure regulatory compliance.</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor&rsquo;s degree in chemistry, environmental science, or a related field preferred.</li><li>
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in a laboratory with hazardous materials or hazardous waste.</li><li>
Knowledge of hazardous material safety protocols and regulatory requirements.</li><li>
Familiarity with laboratory testing methods and equipment.</li></ul></div>
