What you will be doing:</b></p><ul><li>
Working as the technical lead to support on-premises systems and SaaS applications used by the Law department</li><li>
Advising on technical aspects of the software development lifecycle, including technical specifications, system design, and integrations</li><li>
Maintaining the technical health of Law systems</li><li>
Partnering with Law clients to identify technical solutions to ensure compliance with Law processes</li><li>
Leading multi-functional teams to provide IT support to the Law department</li><li>
Solving and facilitating the resolution of system/application issues</li></ul><p>
</p><p><b>
We want you to have:</b></p><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Analytical Science, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems (IS), Information Technology (IT) or related subject area from an accredited college or university preferred</li><li>
Demonstrated ability developing, supporting, or implementing IT solutions</li><li>
5+ years of experience as a technical analyst in supporting legal systems</li><li>
Knowledge and understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) preferred</li><li>
Knowledge or experience with legal system integrations across Microsoft products, I.e. Teams, SharePoint, Azure, Azure Dev Ops</li><li>
Ability to communicate across multiple business partners and third-party vendors</li></ul><p></p><p><br>
The starting salary is based on but not limited to experience, knowledge, and qualifications in determining compensation decisions. The Salary Range for this position is: $88,800.00 - $128,850.00.<br>

Compensation and Benefits</b></h2></div><div><p>
Competitive salary range is $70,900 - $103,900 / annually with an annual incentive compensation by target</p><ul><li>

Deferred Profit-Sharing (DPS) Plan:<ul><li>
Company Contribution: After one year of service, you are eligible to receive a total company contribution to the DPS Plan of 13%-17% of your base salary!</li><li>
An annual Profit-Sharing contribution of 8, 10, or 12%, depending on Altria Group&acirc;&#128;&#153;s earnings per share growth.</li><li>
An annual Supplemental contribution of 5%.</li><li>
Personal Contribution: From your hire date, you can generally contribute up to 35% of your base salary (pre-tax, after-tax and/or Roth) to the DPS Plan, subject to IRS contribution limits.</li><li>
Company Match: If you contribute to the DPS Plan, you will be eligible to receive a dollar-for-dollar match on what you contribute, up to 3% of your base salary, from your hire date.</li><li>
You can defer up to 50% of your incentive compensation (IC) into your DPS plan.</li><li>
You are always 100% vested in your personal and matching contributions within DPS Plan Account.</li><li>
