relationship-driven Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of photo enforcement programs across<br>
the New England/Eastern U.S. region. The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of<br>
contact for assigned clients, managing day-to-day operations, contract deliverables, and longterm client success.<br>
This individual will collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments and external<br>
stakeholders, including law enforcement, city officials, departments of transportation, traffic<br>
engineers, court clerks, and community leaders, to ensure the effective delivery of safety and<br>
enforcement programs.</div><div><br>
The ideal candidate is a strategic problem solver, data-driven decision maker, and trusted partner<br>
who proactively anticipates client needs, drives program performance, and builds enduring<br>
partnerships that advance roadway safety and community trust.</div>
Qualifications:

<ul><li>5+ years of experience in account management, client success, or program management,</li></ul>
preferably within government technology, transportation, or public safety sectors.<br>
<ul><li>Demonstrated success in managing complex client portfolios and achieving measurable</li></ul>
outcomes.<br>
<ul><li>Proven ability to build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders at all</li></ul>
organizational levels.<br>
<ul><li>Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to translate data</li></ul>
into actionable insights.<br>
<ul><li>Demonstrated capability to navigate regulatory environments and maintain compliance</li></ul>
with local, state, and federal requirements.<br>
<ul><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); CRM or ticketing system experience preferred.</li></ul></div><div>
Willingness to travel within assigned territory (including overnight travel as required).<br>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent</li></ul>
experience considered.</div>

<ul><li>Develop and nurture strong client relationships to support retention, renewal, and program</li></ul>
growth.<br>
<ul><li>Prepare and deliver comprehensive client reports, including performance metrics, program</li></ul>
health analyses, and recommendations for improvement.<br>
<ul><li>Conduct regular client meetings and program reviews to evaluate progress, discuss goals,</li></ul>
and identify opportunities to enhance safety outcomes.<br>
<ul><li>Monitor daily program performance and system functionality, coordinating issue resolution</li></ul>
with technical and operations teams.<br>
<ul><li>Provide customer support through multiple channels, including phone, email, and virtual or in-person meetings.</li></ul></div><div>
Collaborate with internal departments (Implementation, Operations, Legal, Finance,<br>
Engineering) to ensure timely fulfillment of all client deliverables.<br>
<ul><li>Design and execute strategies to enhance customer experience and satisfaction, leveraging</li></ul>
data and feedback to drive improvement.<br>
<ul><li>Analyze customer feedback, service data, and program performance metrics to identify</li></ul>
trends and implement corrective actions.<br>
<ul><li>Prepare annual compliance and operational reports; ensure alignment with state</li></ul>
regulations and contract requirements.<br>
<ul><li>Support the Client Implementation Team during onboarding and transition phases.</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact during Operations and Maintenance phases, ensuring</li></ul>
adherence to service levels and performance standards.<br>
<ul><li>Review and process client change requests and documentation with accuracy and</li></ul>
efficiency.<br>
<ul><li>Conduct quality, compliance, and audit reviews as required.</li><li>Verify accuracy of client invoicing and assist with billing inquiries.</li><li>Manage contract renewals and ensure timely execution of option years and extensions.</li><li>Provide support for court and administrative hearings as required.</li><li>Stay current on legislative and regulatory changes affecting assigned programs.</li><li>Conduct onsite visits to strengthen relationships and assess program operations.</li><li>Partner with Marketing and Sales to develop collateral, proposals, and participate in</li></ul>
conferences or trade events that promote Altumint&rsquo;s mission and services.<br>
