we are aluminum and Glass facade company looking for Project ManagerJob Description<ul><li>Coordinate all site related activities with the Main Contractor and Other Trades.</li><li>Provides the necessary input for preparation of programs of work by the Planning Engineer.</li><li>Ensure the progress of all the work activities in accordance with the agreed program.</li><li>Follow-up the Design Development with the requirements of the project.</li><li>Prioritize the Technical Detail Development to achieve timely submission of drawings for approval.</li><li>Making decisions pertaining to day to day project activities in coordination with the Project Managers.</li><li>Follow-up the Materials for procurement.</li><li>Ensures the factory production and material deliveries to the site and coordinate with the agreed programme, progress of the works and needs of the project.</li><li>Determines the Optimum Methodology of executing the works to minimize the cost and to maximize safe working conditions.</li><li>Coordinate with the Installation Supervisors for the provision of all labor, supervision, survey and equipment for installation requirements.</li><li>Takes delivery of survey marks, levels and other data related to setting out of the works and to transmit this information to the Surveyor.</li><li>Ensures an adequate stock of materials, consumables, fasteners and bulk items is maintained.</li><li>Checks the consumption of items in accordance with the allocation.</li><li>Supervise and coordinate the activities of Sub-Contractors.</li><li>Ensures the works are strictly installed according to the drawings and details then advise the Design Team on any changes required.</li><li>Coordinate with the factory on the delivery of site materials on day to day basis.</li><li>Records all instruction irrespective of whether it is deemed to have a cost / time implication or not.</li><li>Ensures that any equipment, labor or material expended in the performance of an instruction is adequately recorded and acknowledged.</li><li>Coordinate means of access to the works face.</li><li>Coordinate materials hoisting equipment.</li><li>Manage all stages of component of installation.</li><li>Knowledge in speaking and writing English are required.</li></ul>the interested candidate send email to hr@agrqatar.comJob Types: Full-time, PermanentWork Location: In person
