Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to manage the purchasing activities for our aluminum and glass facade companies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the procurement process, from supplier selection to contract negotiation, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and services while maintaining strict adherence to company policies and project requirements.Responsibilities:<ul><li>&middot; Overseeing and supervising employees and all activities of the purchasing department.</li><li>&middot; Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.</li><li>&middot; Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.</li><li>&middot; Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.</li><li>&middot; Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.</li><li>&middot; Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.</li><li>&middot; Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.</li><li>&middot; Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.</li><li>&middot; Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum [3&ndash;5] years of procurement experience, preferably in the construction, aluminum, or glass facade industry.</li><li>Strong knowledge of procurement software and MS Office applications.</li><li>Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.</li><li>Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).</li></ul>How to Apply: Please send your CV and cover letter to hr@agrqatar.com with the subject line &quot;Application: Procurement Officer&quot;.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
