We inspire &amp; connect partners on their creative journey to design and build modular environments.We are looking for a dynamic individual who has a strong attention to detail and understanding of accounting, finance and cost analysis principles to further support the growth of our team.Your responsibilities will include:<ul><li>Build financial models to evaluate business initiatives, procurement strategies and cost savings opportunities.</li><li>Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances and opportunities for improvement and provide insights into management for decision-making.</li><li>Assist in creating budgets and forecasts to support financial planning.</li><li>Track procurement spend to ensure alignment with budget and cost-control goals.</li><li>Respond to financial inquiries by gathering and interpreting data.</li><li>Partner with operations and supply chain to forecast purchasing needs and manage inventory costs.</li><li>Compile and submit all necessary reporting to the CEO and CFO.</li><li>Support pricing analysis and margin improvement initiatives</li></ul>Other duties will include:<ul><li>Review all credit card charges and record statement entries into the ERP system.</li><li>Support with processing and sending invoices for customer orders as well as recording banking and journal entries in the ERP system.</li><li>Other accounting duties as necessary</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in finance, accounting or business is required.</li><li>2-4 years&rsquo; experience in financial or accounting role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.</li><li>Advanced experience working in MS Excel required. Experience w/ Microsoft Dynamics 365 a plus.</li><li>Self-starter w/ excellent analytical and organizational skills.
